I wasn't there for it, my mom was, but she says they did a good job for both the washer and dryer. Everything works like it should

The crew was on time and able to bring the new washer in to the basement and was able to remove other washer. Great job and in the time time.

The LG thinq 4.5 washer is great. I had a Maytag that was getting clogged. Under warranty replaced the Maytag it was bad from the beginning. That happened 2 more times. They had bad struts on delivery. Went with the LG and it’s a great washer and I recommend it to anyone so far anyway. Best Buy what a wonderful company to work with me with all the problems I had. I recommend Best Buy’s as well. Great people from the management on down. I bought from the Daytona store. The appliance manager was so helpful and there was a big guy manager who is such a nice guy. That store is really run well.

Installed alongside a dryer and had everything in fast and with proper installation

Absolutely terrible delivery/installation. The appointment window was scheduled for noon to 5 pm on a Saturday. The delivery/truck driver called my home at 7:30 am and woke us up and told us that he had to deliver our washing machine at that time, instead of 5 hours later, when we were expecting it. When the two men installed the item, they connected the hot water hose to the cold water input on the washing machine, and they connected the cold water hose to the hot water input on the machine, even though ALL OF THE CONNECTIONS WERE PROPERLY LABELED! I called Geek Squad and shared all of this with them, but no apology was offered. Best Buy has a lot of nerve to charge for service of this quality and having inept employees go into people's homes and fail to complete a basic installation properly. Maybe it's a literacy problem.

The installers had to come from truck, up driveway, up some steps and through the house to the laundry room. Did it with no problem and had it installed in just a few minutes. I'm docking them one star for getting the hot and cold water hoses reversed.

This is the first time I've purchased a major appliance with Best Buy - but I needed a functioning washing machine and Best Buy had the price and availability on the model I wanted. Old appliance removal and new installation was trouble-free. Installers were pleasant, careful and took the time to review features of the machine after install. Very pleased.

The guys that delivered and installed my washer and dryer were awesome!! It's not often that you say to yourself, "well, that was fun" after having an appliance delivered. Their knowledge, friendly demeanor, positive attitude and joking around...yeah, that is great service. Thank you!

Everything seemed to break down around the same time. Our Washing machine broke down too. We bought a Samsung from you also and the geeks installed it quickly You took away the old one and we have extended warranties on every applience we buy from you. You are the best!

Quick install, the ok l installers came in and saw the area and installed quickly took less than 15c minutes to complete

I got emails and calls in regards to delivery time windows and also got a call from the delivery person stating they were on their way and what time they should arrive which was accurate. They came in and set everything up quickly and efficiently.

Courteous upon arrival which I noticed the most Technicians were very careful with installation and furniture within my home . Communication and explaining how appliance worked

Geek Squad installation couldn't have been better. The team that delivered and installed my washer was just great. They made sure that it was working properly after the installation. They were exceptionally polite .

guys did a great job on the install - arrived a little early but helped me finish cleaning the area. Also assisted in a new vent hose for the dryer at the same time

The installers arrived right on time and installed the new washing machine. When they were finished, they took the time to give me a quick overview of how the appliance worked. This really helped me when I started to read the manual because I had some inkling on what the manual was talking about. Kudos Best Buy for hiring good people.
