Excellent and professional install by the Geek Squad

The two employees that installed my washer and dryer were great. They did an excellent job of hauling away my old appliances and connecting the new washer and dryer. They did the work very fast and they also checked to be sure that everything was operating properly. Now regarding the scheduling, if I factored that in my rating would go down quite a bit

The guys who installed my washer were friendly and professional and went above the call of a easy install..he had to turn off my main water vavle to install since my cold water cutoff at the washer was not shutting off..he was able to continue and attach my new washer hoses without other problems and turn the water main back on..all good

These guys did a wonderful job. They carried it up a flight of stairs and were speedy, tidy, and efficient. Overall, a great job!

This delivery man was polite, clean , and knew what he was doing. He did a very good job and didn't take much time at all to complete the hookup . Then he programed the machine to work and demonstrated the functions of a cycle Very knowledgeable and easily explained the functions to me.

The washer installation went flawless and was done expertly. Normally I would do this myself but decided to pay to have it done for sake of ease. They were very meticulous and I couldn’t have done it any better.

We have always moved and or installed our own appliances until now. If this is any example of what to expect for future deliveries and installation, I am actually looking forward to our next major purchase. Thank you.

The new LG washer (it was a replacement) working the way it's supposed to work - quiet and cleans clothes. The packaging on the bottom didn't get removed on the 1st one causing damage, but Best Buy acknowledged the problem and immediately replaced it w/o question. Very impressed w/ how BB is tackling appliance sales these days.

The install guys that showed up for my washing machine were nice, did everything I asked them (balance the washer, push it back a bit, move it to the left) they were very nice and complied with all I asked them to do even though I'm sure I was annoying. They setup was painless and looked like they knew what they were doing with installing all the hoses and tubes.
