Fast and professional installers. Great communication, especially since it was at my mother in laws house and I was not going to be there for the install. They communicated every step, was very courteous, especially with the pandemic going on.

Installation went fine, only issues were that I was told they would call before arrival which they never did. Also the dryer vent I was told I had to purchase for new installation was not used. Told my existing one was better and to return the new one.

Installation crew (who also delivered the product) were great, professional, quick, and courteous. Best appliance installation experience I've ever had! I live in an older building; a third floor walkup, and the crew had no trouble with that.

Great set up of washer. They were quick, efficient and clean! They hauled off our old washer as well - for a fee, but was worth it.

The 2 delivery personnel were very cordial and efficient in removing the old washer and dryer, and in setting up the new ones on the upper level of my 2 story home. They arrived on time (actually dispatch called and I was able to have them come early). They took the necessary time to hook everything up properly and tested the washer and dryer before leaving.

The team that came out to install my washer and dryer were professional. They worked quickly and did a great job on my install.

I love my new washer. My only con which is the huge pro also is the tub is so deep. I’m short and can’t reach when socks at bottom. I purchased a “get it stick” to pick up strays and not have to pull out a step stool constantly. Washer is sleek and looks very nice.

Normally I would have done the hookup myself. But with moving into a new house I had other things to worry about on the day of delivery and installation. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly, were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. It was worth the money.

Best Buy sent a very professional Installation crew to install our washer and dryer. They knew what they were doing. They were quick and insured we were satisfied before they left. They were neat and friendly.
