Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The crew arrived within their allotted time and removed the old and setup the new washer. They even tested the unit to make sure it was working properly. Another job well done!

The installers were professional, patient and prompt. They provided step by step instructions to operate the new washer. They “leveled” the washer to ensure it would operate with maximum efficiency. They also provided advice for regular maintenance.

Love these machines ... quiet and with many features. I had a similar pair of Samsung front loaders in my home in Kentucky. These new ones with the Add Wash Feature are even better than my old ones. And, they have a nice melodic chime that tells you when cycles are done. Drying time is fast and even (I got the gas dryer) .. Very happy with these units.

The washer installation was quick and easy, kudos to the installers for doing a great job. They brought the necessary tools and parts that were needed so nothing from our side was required. I always recommend having their installment no mater what the product is.

These guys lifted a very heavy Washer up a narrow set of stairs. The leader gave the new guy expert instruction. I was very impressed, because I know I couldn't carry that that washer up the stairs! Great job guys!

Tech called about. half hour before arriving. I received text notifications as well. They were in and out QuickClip and gave me a quick demonstration. Also started a cycle to be sure machine was working properly.
