the installers i had removed my old and when they put the new in showed me a demonstration of both answered all my questions but when they wiped it down and put it where i wanted and had so much respect and helpful demo that team of installers made me feel like they were installing something for there place cant get no better service so Thank you

The 2 guys were very professional and took out my old machine and put in the new GE! They tested it and made sure it worked before they left. Love, love my new GE washing machine! Thank you to Ty ( salesperson) and my installers for a great job from purchase to home. So happy!

I received free installation with my purchase of a new washer and dryer set. The guys arrived on time, brought in and installed the new set within 10 minutes. They hauled away all of the trash and left me with appliances ready to use right away.

Very happy with the way the guys picked up my old washer and installed the new one. They were very quick and efficient. Things went very smoothly.

The gentalmen we're not only on time, they were early. The communicated we LL until their arrival. The installation was Swift and professional. Moreover, the installers explained all we needed to know to get the washer and dryer going. I'll admit I had my concerns about how things would go, but now, I have no regrets.

I bought a new basin pan for the eventual time that a leak occurs. Got a lecture about how they usually only install these when the machine is above the first floor. Had them put it in the basin anyways because of my experience. They hadn't adjusted the legs for being in the pan, despite telling me that it was ready to use. So from across the house I suddenly hear a horrible grinding sound as the motor began boring through the ridges in the pan. I had the unit replaced instead of dealing with inspection/repairs hoping that no permanent damage was done. Second go around the guys put the basin pan extenders on the feet and all was good. They did however try to give me the same lecture.

It took a couple of deliveries, but I finally received my machine. There was a dent in the first machine making it inoperable. However, I can't applaud the delivery men enough. They were kind, respectful of my time and had clear instructions on correcting the problem. The second machine that was delivered a couple weeks later also had a dent. They caught it and helped me worked through my options. I appreciate having kind people to help with an unfortunate situation. Best Buy worked with me for a price adjustment on the machine and is working fine.

Guys were awesome. They got the job done quick and minimized the need to install. Got up and running quick!

The installers did a great job of hooking up the washer and of course they had all the extra purchased items for installation.

The technician who set up my washer did an excellent job and was very professional. He arrived within the time slot he gave us and bought everything in the house carefully making sure not to mess anything up in my house. He then set everything up nicely and tested before leaving. very professional and answered all my questions about the washer.

The installer was on time. I was informed when he was on the way. He was able to successfully get it installed and done in a reasonable amount of time. He was contentious of my light carpet that he had to pass through and he followed safety protocols.

I would recommend using the washer and dryer installation service. It goes smoothly, the installers are usually very attentive and get things done efficiently. They will even take your old stuff away if you want, or move it somewhere else you need it.

The washer was delivered to a young person with a new, small apartment. The delivery and installation were expertly completed without issue in about 15 minutes.

Best Buy service teeam was profressional, patient, and kind. Hard to find good service now a days. I appreciate the communication, quickness, and efficiency.

The delivery driver was having a hard time disconnecting the old hoses from the water line, because of calcium buildup (or something else) almost fusing the old connectors. Once that was taken care of, the rest of the installation was a breeze. The driver was friendly and courteous and answered all my questions.
