Unlike my dryer installation, my washer was done right the first time. This was a positive experience with the 3rd party installation team. Although they left me without a dryer, the washer installation was smooth and the washer worked correctly from day one.

The two Geek Squad installers were very careful, seemed both knowledgeable and professional. After the installation I washed a load of clothing and there was a terrible racket that was unacceptable during the wash cycle. I discovered that they had installed the supply hoses without any attempt to uncoil them resulting in them banging against the washer which was causing the noise. I called him and he advised that they could not be straightened out because they were coiled that way by the manufacturer. I said that was unacceptable. I simply disconnected the hoses and uncoiled them with no problem and reconnected them. This corrected the problem.

Installers were fast and efficient, They did a great job.

The install went perfect. They always do great efficient installs.

These two guys were quick and efficient removing and installing the new washing machine. They advised me on the type of hoses to use and started the machine and quickly ran over the operation of the washer.

I bought several appliances from Best Buy for a house I bought in Arizona. Delivery and installation was included so .....I used them. Once the washer was installed they ran it to make sure everything was working. I later found the manual and a detergent sample in a bag inside the washer. Even with this glitch I gave the guys a great rating.

Washer installation went quickly with no problems. Technicians were good at cleaning up after. Would have loved a little more info on working new machine instead of there’s your books.

The technicians who installed the washer and drier were knowledgeable in the task they were performing and very efficient in the process. They ensured that the product were operating properly before they departed.

Very impressed with delivery received a call the day my purchase was delivered the driver informed me that they were 15mins away they showed up on time came straight in with my washer set everything up and made sure it worked and I was satisfied and they were right back out the door with no mess very professional and friendly. Great experience!

The two guys took the old washer out and got the new one installed. They were so glad to see the easy ground floor location. The more experienced delivery guy provided an excellent orientation to the new washer. He included some extra helpful tips too. They were also on time.

The two gentlemen unhooked & removed both washer & dryer, changed out the pedestals so we didn't have to purchase new ones, and installed the new machines without any issues. Equipment was fully tested and they cleaned up all packaging, all in less than an hour. Great Job!!

Delivery window was updated on a regular basis. Delivery was on time. Glad I had them take my old appliance. Delivery team was careful with my new appliance and respectful of my home. Very knowledgeable about my new appliances.

Good experience but could have been better . I was worried their was a leak but it was water left in the hose from unplugging the old washer

Quick and easy installation process - very nice technician.

The team who showed up for the installation gave us a heads up call and an even second one when we requested 5 minutes to put away our dogs. They were very professional and friendly. They were also very quick with the installation

The service men installed quickly and easily and were very careful. They were very courteous and helpful explaining how it worked. Very pleased with their help and service.

Installation was set for 9am and two guys were so efficient that they were done in 20 minutes!! A test wash was given and everything was checked out for total completeness of installation. These dedicated guys were on top of their game and should be given an extra bonus, or a paid VACA day!! They made BestBuy look Good!!!!!
