Product is great but this had to be the worst attempt at an installation EVER! Your install team failed 4 times to get product installed, i even have on video where the installer showed up walk up to door to take a picture called dispatch from my driveway and drove away. He said they had waited 15 minutes but we would not answer the door…video is less than 4 minutes from the time they pulled up in front of my house, then pull away. Will not return to make another major appliances purchase.

The two guys that installed my appliance were spot on. No messing around, all business. Friendly and knew what they weee doing. Provided a demo and an opportunity to review all of the work before they left.

They came, they installed the new washer, they left. They even fixed a preexisting problem.

The guys were great! They let me know beforehand when they were coming . Insulation was easy as well as take away.

The technicians should up exactly as planned. They were very respectful, clean, courteous and efficient. They took the time not only to explain me what they were doing but how the equipment worked. I would highly recommend best buy's delivery and installation department.

Subcontractors really did a great job installing new washer & dryer and removing the old ones. Fast - neat. Worth the money.

The installation of the washer was efficient and clean. The gentleman were professional and thoroughly. Very much appreciated the extra efforts to make sure I was happy with the installation.

The first install was pretty rough with damage to units and walls. Second install was much better.

The installation guys were great. They brought everything needed with them and were able to handle every situation that arose. They reviewed the product functions and how to operate the machine and demonstrated some of them. I felt well informed and ready to proceed by the time they left. Great job.

Everything about the installation process for my new washing machine was excellent. They were on time, quick, efficient (even explained things as they were unhooking my old machine and installing the new one), and super nice, outgoing, and upbeat. Very pleased!!!!!

We were pleased with the installation of our new washer. It was tight quarters because the washer/dryer are in a very small laundry closet with bifold doors, but the installer was obviously very knowledgeable and quick in getting us hooked up! We were ready to start washing clothes in no time at all!

Washer was installed without incident and seems to be working properly. Installation team was not the friendliest, though, and had issues installing other appliances.

The installers arrived on time, unpacked the unit, hooked it up and gave me and my wife instructions and a few tips. Efficient set up and no wasted time. Will definitely get the installation package when we buy another appliance from BestBuy.
