Best Buy installed it on the day promised. They contacted me with a reminder and approximate time the day before. In addition, they called me an hour before arriving telling me when they would be here. Installation was done quickly. The only criticism is that we had to wait three working days for delivery.

Best Buy sales were customer oriented, the delivery staff were professional and personalble, and Whirlpool did an excellant design and manufacturing job!! Thanks to all, but a special thanks to the delivery staff. They were simply stellar!!
