The washer was installed competently as advertised. The only issue were some water supply valves that needed to be replaced. Make sure you know everything that needs to be installed and refurbished. The installers only bring what you order.

Great service! Friendly, courteous, careful to not scratch or damage anything, professional and went over directions with us. Gave us a card in case we had any problems or questions when actually using. Very impressed with the 2 individuals!

Very good work and quickly done. Nice job, friendly. Later on I noticed, that the washer gets 4 screws per corner = 16, they put 2 per corner on washer= 8 The dryer gets 2 screws per corner =8 total, that was fine, washer is heavier so it supposed to be more secure. It seems to be fine now, I can take care of it myself later. What do you expect, I have seen a lot.

The installation guys were fast and efficient. Obviously knew what they were doing and capable. They removed the old appliance, gave us the opportunity to clean underneath before installing the new one. All in under 30 minutes.

True professionals. Removed a giant Samsung put in garage and installed new one in less than 20 minutes, PLus the had to go upstairs in a not so big laundry room

My installation review starts with several texts telling me when they would be there.. The driver also called the day before. He explained what they would do and their Covid protections. They showed up on time. Both the driver and helper wore a mask and while the helper unloaded the washer and prepared it the driver came in and hooked up the hoses. Then they both carried it in and the helper went back outside. The driver hooked it up and tested it and then thanked us and left. They did not sanitize the work area. After they left I had to clean and sanitize the laundry area myself.. After 2 wks of no washer we are thankful to have our new one.

Washer was installed to our satisfaction. Could have been done on first visit but since they didn't know how to install the dryer we had to wait 4 more visits for everything to be installed and working.

The washer installation and service was excellent and timely. They came over twice to set it up properly and showed me how to use the washer in my house. I'm very pleased with my recent purchase of the washer and dryer at BestBuy because of it.

Washer came right on time. Installers were very professional. Put new washer together & removed old washer quickly & accurately.The se fellows were the Best. Highest of highest ratings a credit to your company. really knew what they were doing. took old washer & cleaned up everything. Thanks!!

They showed up on time, got everything setup quickly, and everything works as expected. I would happily have them back if I need something else installed in the future.

The delivery and installation guys were fantastic! They were on-time, efficient, answered all my questions, worked very well together and were finished promptly. I can't praise them enough!

I was very happy with the installation. I was able to chose the actual delivery date and time frame. Best Buy called me the day before to confirm and they called me when they were on their way here. They did a great job installing and took time to explain how the items worked.

The installers were actually early and installed the washer in no time flat. They ran it through a test cycle and did diagnostics before they left. They communicated about what time they were going to arrive and they were actually early. I would definitely use them again.

The first delivery apt had to be canceled because the truck broke down. They had to schedule us a week out instead of next day, which I wasn’t happy about. Once our washer was delivered the guys were great quick and clean!

If I could give 50 stars I would. Installers were amazing and kind.

The guys who installed our new washer showed up o time, worked quickly, and answered my questions very qell.

Installers were quick and efficient and very neat and tidy. Took out and hauled away the old machine without any mess left behind. Installed new machine and made sure it worked properly before leaving. Also made sure I had all the paperwork and instructions. Very courteous and new what they were doing and did it well.
