The guys that installed my washer were very professional. Had my washer installed with just a couple of minutes. They took the old washer out and replaced with the new.

On Time and very Professional hauled away the old washer installed new one in no time

Great installer! Two guys came to our house to install and remove the old washer in less than 15min. They checked the machine to make sure it work properly and level to the floor before leaving.

The 2 men who came to install my washer were extremely professional and nice. They worked very fast and the whole process was not time consuming and I appreciated that.

Installation was successful. As with most installers, they seemed to be in a hurry to get in and out, which is always a negative. The installer did not level my washer. I needed to schedule a follow-up tech visit, which is inconvenient.

We had a problem with the first folks who came out to deliver and install our washer. They left without ever coming up to the house and said we were not there. The second trip was a different crew and we could not have been more happy with them. They were courteous and even moved out old washer to the driveway for us.

They are very propessianal. So fast and perfect.

I cannot say enough about them (him), he literally knew more than your in store sales people, was so professional, called to confirm, clean, highly intelligent, came back the next day because it was broken and had nothing to do with installation because it doesn't show its broken until you are in the middle of a load , so on two cycles and they don't stay for hours while you wash clothes, they installed, went through cycle and took away my old ones and I had no idea this is a contracted third party company and he has worked there for 5 yrs and is fabulous. I asked for a survey so I could share his name and it shows I didn't provide my email address by Best Buy which is unreal and not accurate and when I called and couldn't even get anyone who knew what I was talking about (everyone referred to them as a warehouse). They have a hard job and from my experience thankfully the person I got was exceptional and went above and beyond. I still would like to make sure he is recognized and honestly I tipped him and my washing machine was broken and I called and he came back the next day so I want to make sure he is also paid.

After purchasing my washer from Best Buy, I chose to have the Best Buy team install the washer. The guys were great. They removed the old washing machine and installed the new one. They cleaned up any mess that was made during the install and adjusted the hoses. Very satisfied with their service and installation.

Very friendly and accommodating. Did the work in a very timely. We would certainly use them again.

CREW KEPT ME INFORMED ABOUT INSTALL TIME. THEY WERE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE HOUSE WHILE THEY MOVED NEW WASHER IN AND OLD WASHER OUT. tHE HOT AND COLD SHUT OFF FAUCETS WERE SHUT SOLIED DUE TO DECADES OF HARD WATER BUILD UP. INSTALLERS HAD TO COME BACK.AFTER I HAD A PLUMBER LOSSEN THE VALVES

This team was efficient, courteous& clean. My washer & dryer are huge(you really need to measure exactly). They lifted my appliances easliy & placed them exactly in the right spot. No hassle. No mess left behind. This particular team of men are excellent.

The guys that delivered and installed my washer were friendly and did the install quickly. My only complaint is that they didn't make sure it was level so it started walking on the first load. I had to reposition it and level it myself.

2 very nice young men installed my new LG washing machine .... arrived when they said they would, very fast install, and total removal of old (only 12 years old) machine.

The agents were on time. They respected the requirements to enter my home in this Covid 19 period. They expertly disconnected the old and installed the new washer. they left the area clean and we are very satisfied with the service.

I depended upon a good installation for a new replacement washing machine. My husband and I realized when removing our old machine from its protective drain-tray on our second floor master suite onto our second floor deck that it was too much for us, in our senior years, to handle these types of large appliances anymore. We contracted appliance purchase, delivery and service set-up through best buy and their team. Delivery was scheduled for twelve days after purchase. The team who delivered was polite, professional and ambitious. However, over three weeks and a few loads, the machine kept ruining my clothes and wash, I could not adjust the temperature. Yesterday, I nearly ruined a load of delicates when I discovered the cold setting was dispensing pure scalding hot water. I was able to get the machine stopped, unlocked and removed the delicates to wash and rinse by hand. What a hassle. Today, my husband went about the physical and ornerous task of re-installing this new heavy machine. The installers had not only crimped cold water hose but also hooked cold to hot and hot to cold. Perhaps I will like my machine and its results now. Because the team had to carry the new machine up a flight of outside stairs and the old one down - I give them A+ for effort and intention to do a good job. However, as a result of the strife I have gone through trying to make this new investment in this machine work within reason warrants only a two star - FAIR rating.
