The machine has a nice asetic look with the white body and a dark tinted washer door. We had the Cabrio machines, dryer and washer for over 13 years. So, we thought way not continue with the Cabrio Whirlpool line. So far the machine is a little louder than i would have liked, but overall its doing a good job..

the installers were very professional and extremely efficient, in and out within 35 minutes. Courteous and fully respectful and aware of the COVID climate, and wore booties to respect our no-shoes policy inside the home. Great experience!

The first delivery crew didn't seem to be very experienced, and we're in a rush. The washer and dryer has to be replaced and the second crew that came were much better. They took extra time to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

2 men came to install our new washer and cart away the existing one. Both were professional, and friendly, made sure the appliance worked properly, and reviewed the process in using the unit for the first time.

This machine does an impressive amount of cleaning. I put my large queen comforter in the washing machine and it came out beautifully clean without a problem I love the fact that there is no middle agitator by this machine is wonderful

They workers were so quick and nice. Great price for install leaving me no worries or stress. They also hauled away the old ones for a great So I didn’t have to haul them up the stairs to the outside curb, Then pay and arrange for the local trash company.

This product performed flawlessly. I don’t know who designed this but they are a genius

This is regarding a washing machine install and carry-away. I paid $15 for carry-away and $30 for the new hose packet which included installation. I couldn't be home, so a friend was waiting at home for it. She was exceedingly complimentary of the delivery crew - most polite she's experienced. Two thumbs up

The two man crew did a fantastic job of installing the washer considering they had to deal with stairs and a tight location. No scratches, dings, scrubbed walls, etc...in and out in about 15 minutes..leveled washer, quick test, and a brief overview..good job!!

Dante & Andelem showed up when they said they would. Before I knew it, they had my old washer out and the new one installed!! They took the time to answer all of my questions and even answered questions for a neighbor walking by!!! They were both wonderful!!

These guys went above and beyond to get this install done in one day when the stacking kit was absent. Kudos; I’d use Best Buy for install any time.

This was a bit of a tough install as it was in a basement with an outside entrance that required the guys to walk about 100 yards around the house or go over a rock retaining wall. Anyway, they were on time, quick, and pleasant, and they hauled away my old machine —in about 1/2 hour for everything.

Staff arrived a little earlier than planned, so we did not have to wait around for hours, which was nice. They were courteous and professional, and they began a short cycle to make sure everything was working properly before they left. Nice work!

I received an email from Best Buy telling me the day and time that my washing machine would be installed. On the day it was to be installed I received a phone call from the delivery men telling me what time they would be at my house that morning. They or right on time and did their job quite efficiently.

The drivers were to call me when they were 30 minutes from delivery and installation. The delivery men were friendly and polite. Perfect on time and did very quickly

The Geek Squad were awesome. The were very quick installing the washer. Hauled away old products and never bumped a door frame or door. Showed how to operate the machine. Cleaned up the area. They couldn’t have been more friendly or more efficient!
