These movers brought the washer and dryer, installed pedestals, hooked up lines and were done in less than a hour. Highly recommend Best Buys delivery. Please note: In Some states, you must have a certified plumber install the gas line.

Couldn’t get the install done with washer delivery due to corroded valves. Got a plumber to complete the repairs and then the Best Buy team came back to finish the install and haul away the old washer. Delivery and install were professionally done and the team was great.

For once Best Buy sent us a good installer! They were both quick, professional and knew what to do. The hauled away and installed in a very organized and clean way. They were great! If I knew they’re names, I would request for other installs!

The installers did a great job. They were polite and efficient. I haven't had any trouble at all with my washing machine. They also did an excellent job getting my old washer out and my new washer in through a tight back hall and small laundry room.

After having the Best Buy fellows install a dryer in fall of 2020 I was happy happy to have their hugs install a new LG washing machine for us. They did a fine job in a short time and I'm happy with the installation and the washer as well.

The Geek squad who installed our washing machine did an excellent job. They were prompt and worked well together. The installation went smoothly, and they were also informative about details of our new washing machine. The entire process was excellent.

These two were so careful I felt great about having them here. They also hauled a heavy old one up our basement stairs. Installing went smoothly. They showed me how to start it, check the filter on the bottom to drain. These guys were great.

My teenager opened the door. Showed them where to put it. They were clean and quick. I turned on my washer and it worked. Nuff said. A for the day!

I am giving this a 3 because first crew was a 1 and second crew was a 5. I had to have people come back for the installation. The first crew had no parts, tools, so basically they delivered a washer and dryer and had to leave. The 2nd crew was fantastic. Had everything they needed, and half of their stops was fixing what original crews left undone. This is Best Buys fault. No offer to help me out since I had to wait over a week to use product

Install went faster than expected. Both installers arrived right on time as scheduled, one did the deinstall of the old one, while the other offloaded the new one and got it read for installation. Dolly to move over the floor and it was in place and hooked up in no time. They checked the cycles as well.

The install professionals were top notch. They were very careful not to scratch my new set but also explained how to use the products just in case I was unfamiliar with Samsung or front loading machines.

Geek squad guys do an awesome professional job in doing any kind of installation around the house i strongly recommend you getting them if you wanna have that perfect look on anything you need around your house!
