My Maytag washer was installed excellent by the Bestbuy team, I brought it in January of this year and I seem to had no problems with my Washer installation that was installed yet by the Bestbuy team

Installation of the washing machine was quick and installed professionally. They brought both 3 & 4 prong electrical cords to make sure they had the correct one needed. which was greatly appreciated.

Team was on time ( with a heads up arrival time call ) When the arrived immediately went to work removing packaging from new appliances - removing old appliances and in with the new, Clearly had an efficient system .Quick install and able to answer questions we had: Seamless- great work,

The geek delivery guys was in and out very quickly and I was doing wash as soon as they were gone .I also bought the service plan from them A++ All the way ,,, thanks for having Guys that know how to do the job quickly and the right way ...will be buying more since I got such wonderful service this time .

I was very pleased with the timeliness and efficiency of my washer/dryer installation. The installers were courteous and took the time to ensure I had a clear understanding of how to operate the products before their departure.

Congratulations to the installers. They arrived on time and we were using the washing machine in no time. A little glitch occurred but after a short conversation with our plumber all was well. They did a great job.

The first one that was delivered went out of balance with every load and by the second week it wouldn't start. A new washer was delivered and works perfectly. I love it.

Excellent washer installation and operational explanation. Both Adam and Garrett were very prompt, courteous, and they cleaned up very well when they were finished.

I didn't have the most recent gas valve, so since it wasn't up to the current code they could only install the washer. They did a great job with the installation. Just be sure ahead of time that all connections are up to code.

We had to replace a brand new washer within 30 days of purchase because is clanked like it was 100 years old. We called Best Buy and even though there was a little bit of a struggle to get it exchanged for free - the installation process was quick, friendly, efficient and clean. Job well done!

The gentleman that brought my washer were so kind and polite. The did amazing job installing it and they also took the time to make sure I knew how to use it.

I was impressed. They brought the washer upstairs, attached and checked the water hoses, and they were friendly and efficient. They had obviously had plenty of experience. No complaints at all.

My experience with the installation process was great. Michael and Ramón were extremely professional and friendly. They assembled very quickly and left both washer and dryer working perfectly. Unfortunately, was completely dissatisfied with this type of washer.

I had one of the recalled samsung washers. It was recalled and Best Buy had to remove it and install my new washer. Their service was very good. There was an unavoidable snafu with the delivery but I was kept up to date and when they did deliver it, they were very efficient, neat and polite. They did a good job.

The team was quick and new exactly what they were doing. Cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was up and running before leaving.
