So they tried to make my delivery to the wrong house ... the wrong city! The store got it straightened out right away, still installed the same day and within the original time frame. Thank you guys! Good job!

When the installers arrived, I was on my way home. It took me about 30 minutes to get there and they were kind enough to wait for me. While I arrived, they unloaded the washer and dryer and then it only took about 15 minutes and they were done. They explained how it works and made sure it was level.

Installer was fast & explained everything after work was finished. Gave a quick demo of how to use machine. The only problem was their truck was too small & waited for another week to get old machine picked up

I had to have 2 deliveries for my Samsung since the first machine that was delivered was defective. On both occasions the delivery men used channel locks instead of a cutter to yank the zip tie off the pipe where the washing machine hose was in. I had to replace the pipe as this caused the pipe to leak. It would have happened a second time, but this time we watched the new set of delivery men to see if they would do the same thing. They were about too. I told the guy, please use cutters and not channel locks. This should be the standard.

Personnel knew exactly what they were doing and even tested it to make sure the washer was performing properly.

The Best Buy team that came to our new home, did a great job of installing and going over the features of the appliances they delivered and installed. They were very cautious with doorways, walls and the appliances themselves, to make sure nothing was damaged moving in these beasts (fridge, washer, & dryer).

When the gentlemen said they were going to be @ my location @ a particular time, they meant it. The whole process of setting up the machine was thirty minutes or less. They unloaded it, put it where it belonged, set it up and that was it. They ran a demonstration of how it worked and that was it. THANKS BEST BUY!

The installation of my new Samsung washer and dryer could not have gone more smoothly. The service man was on time and extremely careful both of removing my old machines and installing the new ones. He took great care in placing and levelling the machines, and then explained their workings to me. Great job!!!

Great installation - they called and let me know when they would arrive (right on time), provided new hoses and were done in a flash. Professional & courteous.

Brought a Maytag front-load washer, washer stopped draining, called Geek Squad using my extended warranty, Geek Squad could not fix it, this was the replacement, however, took two weeks to get it as the first time I tried to get it delivered the installers said they could not install because they could not turn the water off, so I did, but when I made a fuss about this they left, and tried to swear my name is be a criminal, which I am not, finally delivered following weekend, it's been working so far, I hate the way the Geek Squad handled the entire exchange, still trying to caught up on my laundry
