This is the second appliance we've had installed by GeekSquad. First our Dishwasher and then our Washer. They call you the morning of to let you know a more specific time, they come in, quickly do their work, and they're gone. Friendly, Professional, Fast. What more can you ask for?

the team that showed up to install my new washer and dryer were amazing. They showed up on time, removed my old washer/dryer and connected the new ones. I highly recommend having the team install for you. Very knowledgeable.

My new washing machine was installed carefully by the installers. They ran a test cycle and then walked me through the operation of the machine. It's easy to use and I LOVE it. The capacity for me is huge. I am washing twice as many clothes in 1/2 the time.

Fast installation. Guys removed old washer and carried it down two flights of stairs with ease. Set up new washer in no time, ran the machine to make sure it worked properly and were out of here in no time.

Techs contacted me to let me know they were about 30 minutes away. Once they arrived the new washer was completely installed in under 15 minutes. They took the old machine and all packing with them. The techs were very pleasant and made sure to let us know if we ran into any issues to please call them.

The men who came installed the washer installed was fast and the men knew what there where doing. The only thing I didn't like that the machine had a clear plastic that I wanted on and they took it if without asking me.

best buy home delivery of our new maytag went off without a hitch. the installers were very aware of social distancing, wore their masks at all times. in and out in no time at all. no mess and removed and hauled away the old unit.

Having a on time delivery seems like a concept in fairy tales but not with Best Buy. The 2 gentlemen who came were personable. On time, efficient and made sure to take the time to show me simple instruction Always can count On your deliveries. When I need a major Appliance I go no where else
