I had a washing machine delivered and installed. They did a good job, and installed everything like it should be. I have no leaks, haven't had to call anyone back out, or had any "horror story" from dealing with the BB installation folks. Wouldn't hesitate to get the professional installation again.

Santa arrived today in the form of an installer from Best Buy, and his teammate! What a pleasant surprise to have such efficient and friendly representatives do such an outstanding job! LeRoy was focused but ever-friendly as he got right to the job of disconnecting the existing washer, connecting new hoses, working with his teammate to remove and replace the old and new washers, then finish up the installation. He made sure to test the washer, and give me a quick review of the knobs, settings and operation. The only thing left in their wake was a brand new, wonderful washer that I got to use right away! These guys did a great job and were personable and professional from start to finish. Thank you, Best Buy, for sending a great team to install my new washer!

The Best Buy Delivery and Install Guys Were Prompt, Courteous and Friendly. They Did Excellent Installation, being Careful and leveling The LG DIRECT Drive Washer I Bought. I'm going Back Tomorrow early Afternoon to get a New 50-55" Flatscreen TV.

We bought a new Samsung washer and had Best Buy deliver and install it. The delivery people called us ahead of time when they were on the way, and did a great job of installing our washer. They were very professional and tested our machine before they left. We highly recommend Best Buy delivery and installation.

Very happy with the service. (Ps, this gentleman was displaced by hurricane harvey from Texas. He is a very good worker)

Did a fantastic job and were very friendly and helpful

First LG washer rusted within first week of use. Fought tooth and nail with LG to get a new one bc apparently this was used? Price tag was almost 800.00. LG said it was best buys fault. LG reps don't speak English and refused to help. Constant go around about it being best buys fault and they must have sold me a used model. Best buy also wouldn't help. They blamed LG. Finally I called one more time and a Mgr approved the swap and so far a week of use and no rust. I would nvr buy a LG product again. They r horrific. The washer is ok. A QUICK cycle is over 30 min.... My old whirlpool did a 12 min cycle. Would not buy LG nor this particular washer ever again.

Set up and running in no time nice people to deal with

The installation team showed up during the scheduled installation window. They did a great job installing my new washer and taking away the old one. They were very professional and courteous.

Installation was fast and super professional. The technician arrived early for our scheduled appointment which was a blessing in disguise. No hic-cups, washer was installed without a scratch and I was super happy. Technician even showed us the washers features and gave us a tour of the product.

Service was excellent; Installer was on time and completed work efficiently and provided instructions for use.

The Geek Squad was very sufficient in installing my new washer. They made sure everything was set up and worked correctly before they left. Also answered any questions that I had.

The washing machine works wonderfully. It is able to automatically sense the size of the load and adjust the amount of water intake accordingly. The delivery and removal of the old machine was excellent as well. The delivery guys wer friendly and professional.

The installer were quick and efficient and left everything looking as good as when they arrived, except the old machine was gone and the new one was in it's place
