The delivery and installation guys were absolutely worth every penny! They carried my old washing machine downstairs and carried the new washing machine upstairs and installed with ease and all in about 20 minutes!

the guys first took out the old washer, then brought in and installed the new one. besides prompt and professional, these guys were neat,clean, and cheerful. I'd have had to have it delivered anyway, since it wouldn't have fit in my Prius. so the very high quality of the deliver team's service was a real plus!

The guys that installed my washer dryer combination were the best. They were very knowledgeable and experienced and extremely efficient in every way. They took a lot of care and were very polite and they tested the machines and also took care to set the machines at the same level. I would rate them 6 stars.

Easy decision delivery hooked up and test run very quick and efficiently done

My technician, Brandon, was very thorough. I've never experienced any delivery or technician person being as considerate as this guy was. He made sure to install the washer in exactly where I was happy with it, walked me through every step of using and caring for it, and even made sure I was aware of and compensated for the little scratch he noticed on the front of my drum door. They left the manual and business cards neatly lined up on top of my washer and reassured me if there were any problems within 7 days that I could return or exchange and to call him if I had any issues or questions about the machine. I felt very well taken care of. I'm impressed by Best Buy's service with the Washer/Dryer installation and would highly recommend to use their service over others.
