These guys did a great job - quick and professional. They had to split the water off of the spicket to allow for the steam functions. They did a great job and even let us clean under old washer. Would definitely recommend!

I have to give Best Buy a 5 star rating on their service technicians that came and installed our washing machine. Even though we did not keep the machine, the techs took the time after installing and connecting it to run a quick cycle to see that it filled up and there were no leaks. Good job guys.

Installing this item was done without any problems. Installers were informative and efficient.

They were swift and clean. These guys left our apartment with no trace of them having been there, installing our washer/dryer. They were curteous and professional.

Prior Installation issues were quickly resolved today and I appreciated their expertise.

The guys that did the delivery and install were top notch. Polite, respectful, very careful when taking the washer downstairs not to bang into or bump anything. Gave me a short demo on how the washer worked, too.

What we needed to complete the install and since we needed to be up and running this was important

Installers called ahead, arrived on time, and we're always courteous and professional. Showed basic operations, ran through a test cycle and checked for leaks. Would definitely recommend.

So far the washer is great. As usual the Geek squad came, installed the appliance properly, were kind, professional and courteous.

I received a few phone calls confirming delivery, and also letting me know their estimated time of arrival. I had two gentlemen arrive with my washing machine and they quickly got to work getting it ready to install. There were no issues and they were nice and polite. Thank you!

I would highly recommend getting the installation. The 2 gentlemen arrived when they said they would. It was raining when they arrived and they were very concerned about coming in with wet feet. They were professional and made sure everything worked right and that I was satisfied before they left.

Installation of my appliances was incredible. They were fast clean and kind, it was delivered by a third party company but they were very professional and good at their jobs.
