OMG. This was the best and fastest installation I've ever experienced. Boom! Old washer out! Boom! New washer in and installed! Washing clothes in no time! Arrived on time! Finished quickly! Absolutely the best install ever!

My only complaint was when i scheduled this installation for after 4, the tech called me at 2pm saying he would be there in 20 minutes. I was in a meeting a half hour away and i explained that i set up the delivery specifically for that reason. Apparently they don’t install in my area after 4pm on Sundays which wasn’t disclosed when i set it up. I raced home from my meeting early to meet them only for them to end up coming at 4 because they did another install ahead of me and didn’t let me know. The install itself was fine, I have no complaints about that. Scheduling could be better.

Terrible service by Best Buy. Probably won't get another appliance from them. Customer service was AWFUL. BIGGEST ISSUE was not getting the date promised and not being notified of the change in date and constant calls with long hold times before, on the third call, finding someone who could set things straight. In addition, Be careful, Best Buy says nothing about the need for a drip pan for upstairs washer...only to find out when install was finally about to happen the drip pan is a requirement for the install!!!! Once we got the full story the install was fine. The install want the issue. Best Buy customer service is awful.

The fellows that installed my machine had to climb front steps and 2 sets of stairs to the second floor. They did a great job and were both very careful doing most of the prep work outside at the truck. Before they left they did a short machine run to be sure everything worked. Really happy.

Installed was successful. Seems to be working fine.

Geek squad did a great job with the installation. They were efficient and did a good job of protecting my walls and doors when entering the house. They ran a full test cycle before leaving to make sure all the hookups were correct. Did a good job explaining all the functions of my new washer.

The install team showed up earlier than expected. They hauled away our broken washing with our new replacement. They left the area clean and made sure the washer was functioning correctly.

This service was excellent. The guys were professional, on-time, prompt, and were very respectful of me and my home. They made sure everything worked before leaving, and showed me some of the features and functions of the washer and dryer.

The guys were very careful not to dent or rub against my walls. Total time was maybe 20 minutes. Washer works great!

The two young men that delivered and installed my Washer and Drier were courteous, polite, and very professional. I was very satisfied with their service. I have a very narrow hallway in my basement to bring in the units, and they managed to make it work without any damage and installed the machines.

The best delivery service I’ve had in a long time. The guys were so friendly and helpful. After all the work to get it to its place they were still fun to talk to and very helpful.

It’s hard to find young adults who are as professional as these young men were. So courteous and friendly but worked so fast. They were done within 15-20 min. They called 10 minutes before arrival too. Very nice to such great customer service
