this was the most painful installation experience ive ever gone thru. Install team came thru on the promised date, did not install due to water not shutting off quickly enough, said they'd come back, did not. From then I had to go on days of calling Best Buy, staying on line for hours trying to reschedule...because the install team / Best Buy system SAID THE INSTALL AND HAUL AWAY WAS DONE. WHEN IT WAS NOT. I had to jump thru so many loops trying to get what I paid for and I would not wish this upon any of my friends. ONE MONTH LATER, AFTER THEY FINALLY INSTALL, My wife and I find out that they flipped the hot/cold valves into the machine meaning that we WERE NOT EVEN ABLE TO USE the machine properly. I had to fix this myself. TLDR: This is one of the worst experiences I have had, and am having.

The two gentlemen were courteous and professional. They arrived a few minutes after the allotted time frame but that was ok. More than anything they ran into a snag with the installation - not their doing or the machine - my water and wouldn't leave until everything was operating 100%. Bravo to them!!!!

The installation of our washing machine/dryer was very quick and smooth. They give you a call when they are close by and are very knowledgeable about the appliances they install. I’m glad they explained what we needed and how to start using our machine.

The guys did a good job on installing my washing machine took them to do the installment but the only I didn’t like they were late and I didn’t get a call or anything or they would’ve gotten a 5 star rating

Our LG washer and Dryer were installed at the same time. The installation team were excellent and provided safe and thoughtful service. They installed the periscope dryer vent and reverse the dryer door to provide additional access.

Only gave a 2 star, although the end result was a great appliance, the process of installation was challenging. Did I have another option rather than Best Buy staff deliver and install the washing machine? 1. The first crew delivered the machine, were strong and nice guys, but were below average with installation skills. eg. The washing machine was not leveled properly, and upon leaving - started the machine, but forgot to turn the cold and hot water on before starting the machine to check, and actually leaving thinking all was ok. However, there was a sound in the machine which Geek squad came to evaluate. 2. The Geek squad technician did a great job re-leveling, securing the machine feet, and placing the water output hose properly. Since there was a defect in the washing machine itself- we had a second machine installed. 3. This second group of installers were way above average. They were detailed and meticulous with the water hose attachment, leveling, and knew so much more than the instruction manual which made me realize how inadequate the first group was. 4. Overall, Best Buy was very responsible with providing a replacement washer after I had made several calls to have a Geek technician visit & determine the first machine was defective. (someone wrote the wrong phone number with initial complaint without rechecking original order or my online Best Buy account to find the correct one) There was a week between washer deliveries, and I was able to use the first machine. Best Buy followed up with a phone call for my comments. Given that this process of installation is a new endeavor for Best Buy....they have much to improve upon and hope the first group of installers were given more training - even details about how to correctly read the instruction manual and follow what is suggested by the manufacturers. Perhaps consider a delivery team that can lift, then send a technician. Some appliances require more than just plugging the item into the outlet.

The installer was courteous and very informative. Gave me a chance to get the floor and back vacuumed up. They were careful coming in the house and removed the old washer carefully. Was very pleased and satisfied with the installation

after having no luck with an earlier washer and dryer that was installed, the crew that came out for this installation was awesome. very friendly, professional and efficient. wish this was always my experience!

We love our new washer, it holds a pretty big load of laundry, is HE, and has all the cycles we would need. I've already used it twice and love the front load, the side slide out for the detergent, and the nice sounds it makes when you turn it on and when the wash is done! Great purchase and awesome value!

Kudos to the men who unloaded and installed my washer.They hooked up all the hoses and also told me I could return the new hoses I purchased because my existing ones were still good. They started the machine to make sure everything was working. Great job!!

The installation people came , did there job, practiced social distancing, wore masks and completed the installation quickly. They asked us if we had any questions and demonstrated the washer for us. They removed and hauled away the old one.

Huge drum inside! Cleans a queen comforter with no problem. Has several wash modes, but not so many to make it complicated. It wash time is 1/2 the time of our last model. Love the glass lid so you can see if there is a issue.

The two guys that came to pick up the hold washing machine and install the new one where very nice. They installed the new washer and leveled it, and talked to me in how it worked.

The guys who came to install were on there. Or A game. Quick and easy even though it was a difficult spot but they did it in no time. They gave tips and tricks to keep the machines in great shape.

The installers were timely and quick. I just wished they checked that the machine basket was in balance before they left. Machine was set to run an empty short cycle and there was excess vibration during spin cycles.
