Delivery guys were friendly. Unboxing and installation was pretty fast. Although I had to install water hoses myself (no big deal), they left the washer ready and gave a little explanation on how to run the machine.

My delivery team of Will and Aaron made installation of my new washer a piece of cake. They did it quickly and efficiently as well as answered all my questions. Great job and would highly recommend them and my new washer!!

They were friendly enough but they weren't too sure what they were doing. One was a trainee but the other had been with Best Buy a year, it was the first time they set up the sidekick. Everything was installed properly.

I must have the best 2 installers for my new Amana Washer and Dryer. They were efficient, knew what they were doing and so polite and courteous as well. They had to come back to hook up the dryer with a special connection part and were so helpful and spot on with installation. Thank you guys!

Washer installation went well. I have an older house so you have to make sure that your connections are up to code or BB will not set up your equipment.

The installers were on time, knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. They were also great to deal with and very informative.

Professional installers were professional and curtious. They put together the washer outside of the house and had it ready to bring inside already put together. Their friend unless was sincere and profesional. You should always use the professional installers help and the installation is gueranteed.

Home delivery and installation was excellent. I wish I was explained what the different options in the washer are for. I was surprised with how little time was spent to do everything with quality!

The installers did an excellent job installing my washer and dryer. Then they showed me how to operate them. Was very pleased with them.

I’m so thankful they offer this service because my back would not have been able to get this done. They took our old ones and set these up for us. Worth every penny to not have to deal with the frustration and confusion of set up.

The two installers came when they said they would. They were knowledgable and had the installation done very quickly. One person was a plumber so he was able to change some connections that needed updating. The lead person was quite bossy towards the other installer which was the only negative thing.

The installation did not take long and went well. The geek squad was very nice. The one tried to explain how the washer runs but was not very good at explaining it. After I was a load or two I figured it out tho. There is one process I use on my washer from time to time that I cannot do on this washer, and that is to be able to use ONLY A RINSE CYCLE. Don’t think I can do it on this machine. It has a lot of digital technology. It is also loud when the water goes into the pipe and I think that is because the hose is so skinny and the drain pipe is larger and the sound magnifies into the pipe.

The technician called when her was on his way and arrived on time. He and an assistant did a great job removing the old washer and installing the new Maytag washer. I had a thorough "how to" tutorial about how to use my new washer. I highly recommend using Best Buy for appliance installation.
