The delivery and installation crew from PTG were great! Knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. These guys even leveled my old dryer, after moving it to situate the new washer in place.

Even though we missed the first delivery, it was worth the wait. It only took them 10 minutes to haul the old one and install the new washer. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable.

These two gentlemen were great. They made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. They also gave a brief instruction on operation of the washer, instead of seeing how fast they could get out of here.Granted it has only been two months,, but nothing has gone wrong at all.

The installation team arrived within the time frame promised and called beforehand to let me know the actual arrival time. Despite tight quarters in the laundry room, they removed the existing machines and installed the new ones without issue. They reviewed the quick start guide, answered all my questions, and removed all packing materials. Very satisfied.

I recently bought a washer and dryer from Eau Claire, WI for myself and I cannot be more impressed with how professional and efficient these guys were when they installed my new washer and dryer. They were even going to clean up the dust bunnies under my old washer and dryer before installing my new ones, but I got to it first. They had everything needed to get them up and running and had the first cycle running to ensure that everything was running properly before they left and answered any questions that I had. Totally awesome service. You won't be disappointed! I also purchased a washer and dryer for my mom and dad from La Crosse, WI and while they were running behind in schedule, they did everything they could to make sure we were happy and everything was installed properly and working. Very impressed with their service as well! They went above and beyond what they had to do, to make up for the change in schedule, and I couldn't be more happy with the great servicemen at Best Buy!! Keep up the great work!!

These gentlemen that came to deliver and install our new washer did an amazing job. They called and said they were finish with a job early and could they come by. Once there, they got right to work and installed our washer, verifying that everything was working once complete. They did a wonderful job.

They were fast and friendly. It was also delivered sooner then what they said.

I set up delivery and installation also haul away of old machine right on the website, it was very convenient. Best Buy was great with reminders about my delivery date and time and helpful hints to be ready. They were here on time and install and everything else went very smoothly.

The crew came out to do the installation and for the most part did it fast and efficient. But, they said, I had a problem with the box with the water faucets and drain system in the wall. They said they could not test the washer, as my box wasn't proper and the box needed replacing. I had no reason to doubt them, until I read the manual and it showed my box and how they should have installed the hose to the drain, where all would work fine. Otherwise, the installers did a good job. They just need to make sure they have all the facts on each type of installation.

Installation was well executed, communication was awesome. Personnel were pleasant and professional. I have never had anything delivered and set up as I am a contractor and usually trust no one to do it it right. These guys had it down and it was well worth it as it freed me up to do what I do.

Delivered on time as scheduled. The 2 guys that delivered the washing machine was very carefull in installing the item without any problem. Best Buy warehouse manager Dave was on a ride day which was good and let's Best Buy know that their contract employees are giving good customer service.

Initial installer mixed up the hot and cold water hoses. Needed customer service to resend installer a few days later. Problem solved.
