Two really nice guys... between the driveway and stairs, the two guys that brought and installed the washer deserve a raise! They did a great job!

The installation of the new washing machine was quick. They got it in place with the appropriate connections, leveled the unit and then initiated the first wash cycle (without soap) to test out the connections, etc. They were in and out quickly.

Best Buy has the best products at competitive prices. You actually get more bang for your buck!

Although I waited nearly 3 weeks past my original scheduled delivery date due to the incompetence of Best Buy (delivery date rescheduled by Best Buy twice - first due to lack of delivery personnel and second because washer had to be delivered to another warehouse), I was very pleased with the actual delivery. The gentlemen were extremely polite, pleasant and efficient.

Installer wore a mask and limited his exposure while installing the machine. House has seniors in it that are all high risk for COVID. The installation was quick, professional, and properly prepared to protect us from COVID worries.

The install of both the top washer and "Sidekick" pedestal washer went like clockwork. They were fast and efficient without compromising quality. Both washers were tested on several cycles and worked flawlessly.

BestBuy is the store I go to for appliances in part because of their installation and removal services. Unlike other companies, Bestbuy let me schedule my installation. Moreover, they were on time and fast and efficient. It was also a good deal for them to remove the old washing machine.

The technicians were very neat and professional. They knew all about the special connections needed for our GE Washer model and how it had to be connected to our GE Dryer. They did a great job. Will definitely use them again!

The guys did arrive late without giving us a call. We had to go out for an errand but had to keep waiting 45 mins past the schedule time. On the bright side, they were in and out in less than 15 mins. No hassels.

Guys came right on time and were in and out in about 15 minutes. They were extremely careful to not damage the washer or the doorway while installing and hooked up everything like they had done it a thousand times.

Install was quick and easy, put the washer together in less than 30 minutes and was tested before leaving.
