Everything was installed perfect. They brought the water hoses, so I was able to return what I bought. The delivery, set up and haul away was great

The two gentlemen who delivered and installed my washer were great. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and even word down the floor after removing my old washer! I am very, very please with this service!

The men that delivered our washer were very professional and respectful.

Best Buy crew installed properly, promptly and they even cleaned u´p the floor afterwards. They explained several important things to help us use the washer.

I should’ve said this in other reviews, but the 3rd party that Best Buy uses to install appliances are terrible. This review is on Geek Squad, not the 3rd party (the 3rd party said they couldn’t get ahold of us, when the never called us). We had an issue removing the old hoses from the water supply. The installer was crafty, and got it hooked up as a temporary solution. He even had the line for the dryer steam supply line hooked up. A few days later, we had a plumber replace the whole valve, and finish getting the hoses installed correctly. But kudos for craftiness to get it hooked up due to an unforeseen issue.

It is working very well till now. I hope it will work very well in the future also

The installation was easily accomplished. The install team knew what they were doing and were very careful getting it into the house. And also didn't mind answering all my questions

I was very impressed with the young men who delivered my washer. They were courteous and could not have been nicer. We inspected the washer outside in the sunlight to make sure there were not any bumps or dents. The only issue I have is that there is a small dent on the front of my washer that could only have been caused by the straps used when bringing it into the house. I can live with the dent but when you pay that much for a machine, you expect it to be perfect. The delivery team explained the machine features and took ample time to answer all my questions.

Crew did an excellent setup job, they knew what they were doing and answered all my questions.

Awesome!! Easy… simple…. Fast…. And the gentlemen made sure I knew how to operate it and made sure I knew where the manual was.

Dave and Teddy did a great job installing my new washer. They were not expecting a stack in a skinny closet, but worked through my complicated setup and got everything finished quickly. Won't hesitate in the future to use geek squad installations.

I wasn't there when they installed it, but my older son said they did a good job. When me and my wife got home our brand new washing machine was ready to go! No more having to Bother my in-laws! because a lot of our area laundromats washing machines weren't that really Clean in the inside.

I had to ask them to check the level of the washer...thought that was part of the install. They took all of the washer box waste except the large styrofoam piece that secured the washer basket in transit. I handed it to one of the delivery guys to take, he laid it back down and said that’s for transporting. So I asked if people normally travel with their washers and he just walked away leaving me to dispose of it. Why not take it with the rest of the packaging? I will never travel with my washer. Going barely 3 stars because this crew was lazy.
