One of the delivery men removed the old washer & set up thr new one in less than 20 minutes. He was very professional and courteous. He gave me a quick review of the features & had it balanced & running in no time.

The installers arrived on the assigned time, they were well prepared and demonstrated a high proficiency in the installation. The speed with which they handled the installation of the new unit and hauling of the old one was an indication of their skills and training.

Guys did a good job on the install. One downside is they did damage my laminate wood floor removing the old unit from my basement. Fortunately it is not in an area where it can be seen.

Kyle and his coworker showed up to do the install and did a great job. Nice, fast, and professional. He went the extra mile and gave me a few tips on installations done the right way and was very personable.

They had it unloaded out of the truck and installed in less than 30 minutes! Along with the prompt on time delivery, I would definitely recommend buying the installation!

Friendly, quick, and I was notified prior to arrival at my home. There was good communication from the installers prior to arriving. I thought that I had "purchased" removal of my old machine, however upon looking again at my receipt, I was mistaken. It was a bit confusing during the purchase of additional services when I bought my washing machine online. This was not a problem with the installation itself, however

They guys that installed my machine were “Bueno”. They took the time to level it and my machine doesn’t make any noises like it’s not leveled. They also made sure that it was working fine, but my issue had to do with the shut off valve and not the machine or the installers.

I really like this item it works great! It's easy to control through your phone.
