Easy installation done ourselves. No issues. We also stacked ours with no issues. The part to stack was way cheaper on Amazon than Best Buy. Disappointed in Best Buy.

The technician was very nice and seemed knowledgeable with the appliances until he started to lay his whole body on top of the washer and dryer to complete his work without placing a towel or cloth between him and the appliance to prevent scratches. Additionally, instead of adjusting the feet of the washer, he placed a piece of cardboard underneath one of the feet. My dryer was left with a dent from his weight and my washer is still out of balance.

The guys were great they went out of their way to do an awesome job I love how professional they were! From the moment I opened the door to welcome them into my humble abode they took pride in what they were doing and installed my machine and even gave me a demonstration.

Installers did a great job installing the dishwasher. They needed to repair a couple of things before they could install. Did a good job and I am very happy with there work. The dishwasher works great

disconnected the old hoses and cleaned up under the old machine before the installers showed up - installation very fast - these people do a few like these every day - installer took a few minutes and did a demo on the machine answering all my questions.

These guys were great. They carried the washer in by hand because they said they didn't want to get my carpet dirty by using a dolly. I told them I wasn't worried about the carpet but still went without it. they had it in, hooked up,tested and my old washer gone in about 15 minutes.

Individuals who came to install the washer and dryer were wonderful. Very professional and friendly. Did a lot of heavy lifting to get the machines into my place and then some maneuvering into a tight space. Kept me up-to-date on arrival times for delivery. Great!
