Totally recommended. Best Buy tech service/repair did a great job. Happy to not lift a finger.

Installers were prompt, efficient and courteous. Had our old washing machine removed a few minutes after they arrived and the new one installed and tested in under one hour.

The previous team had incorrectly installed a washer. The new team fix it pretty quickly.

The guys who installed my washer and dryer were so professional and courteous. They knew what they were doing and were very quick. They explained how they did the installation and how to work the machines, then asked if I had any questions. I would definitely use them again!

No muss no fuse installation. Guys showed up at time promised. Worked quickly and efficiently. Removal of course of machine and installation of new took less than half hour. Installers were professional and friendly. Gave a quick tutorial on operation and were ontheir way.

LG brand is great. The only issue I have is the low spin cycle doesn’t get low enough for permanent press items.

Service and Installation is AWESOME with Best Buy. The only thing that they guy couldn't get done was replacing one of the hoses; however, he left the hose and instructions on how to replace.

I had the washing machine for approximately 2 weeks when it started making a screeching noise when agitating. Some one from the Geek squad came out and found that a bolt had actually fallen off the bottom of the washing machine and the other parts had dropped down, which was causing the noise. Whirlpool is going to replace the machine, but it is on back order and won't be available until after the first of the year.

The guys from Best Buy did a first rate service installing my new washer. He was throughou and efficient with all his efforts from taking my laundry door off so he wouldn’t scratch my door jam to his explanation of how my new machine works! Awesome guys!!!

Got a new washing machine which works very well. However, when it arrived and taken out of the box, there was an approximate 3"x4" dent on the middle left side of the washer. Not too thrilled with that, but it was only cosmetic and did not affect the workings of the washer. The installer asked us if we wanted to exchange it, but it would have taken a couple of weeks to get a new one delivered. We were then offered $100.00 off the cost of what we paid for this one, so we accepted it.
