The two men who delivered my major appliance arrived early. I prayed for this! They called first to be sure it was OK. Then when they arrived, they were very professional and kind. I asked them some questions and they were quite honest in their replys. Good people, good work.

These guys where professional, arrived on time, and took the time to make sure that everything worked right. They showed me little things about operating the machine that were very helpful. They were very careful not to mess up anything in my house. Very friendly guys.

The guys that came to install were just fantastic! They did my install in a very timely manner!

Installation of our new LG Washer and Dryer very good.

We bought a new washer, and decided to try out the washer install service, as Best buy was delivering it anyway. We were given a time window. The service delivery folks arrived on time. They were very careful when carrying the new washer down to the basement. Plugged the new washer in, connected to the water supply and drain and carried the old washer out. All in 15 minutes. Very professional and efficient.

The guys were quick and efficient carrying the washer upstairs and completing the installation.

The 2-man team came prepared and the lead person knew exactly what he was doing guiding the new younger person. You can tell he has been doing this awhile and great teacher for his assistant. In the end, our washer/dryer install went without a hitch. 5-stars!

Great efficient service, techs showed up on time. They removed old equipment, unpacked new equipment, placed and installed it as asked then tested and explained how to use and maintain it. Pleasant experience.

Got there in time for delivery and installation. The technicians were able to installed the Samsung washer in less than 30 minutes. Will recommend.

Would definitely buy appliances from bestbuy again. The installations are basically free except for the hardwares that cost pennies and gas units have a small fee. Its cheaper than my plumbers or movers bringing the units into the house. They moved 2 washers and dryers from the garage to the 1st and second floor around these tight circular stairs with no damage. Best of all, I purchased whole house appliances 1.5 years ahead of time for a new construction and was able to schedule the installation 1.5 years after the purchase. 1 fridge 1 range, 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 dishwashers.

This time the install went very well, the guys did a good job, they checked everything.

No work on my part. Just ordered washer on line, paid and waited for delivery. The guys had washer unpacked, put into place in the garage and hooked up to water supply then left, all within 30 minutes. And all I did was sit at home and push buttons on my computer. Life is grand.
