the installation team was very professional and gave a high-level explanation of how the washer works.

Two people came to install the washer. Before they brought it, they carefully looked at the space. Then they carefully brought it and placed it safely without making any damages to it. They installed it really fast and did run the test on the machine before they left.

Excellent product and service while installing will recommend.

The installers notified us when they were in route, arrived on time, checkled out the location, carefully brought the washer in, installed it quickly and efficiently. They checked for leaks, gave us a quick tutorial, and were on their way. Very nice job.

Washer did not work, but geek squad team wonderful, timely, professional. They exchanged the Product for an LG washer the works very well and I was so pleased with the geek squad team, I purchased a 5 yr agreement.

Best Buy did an awesome job delivering and installing our Washer. They even found that there was a leak in our wall pipe in our new home and helped turn off the water off immediately. Can't thank them enough!

I was notified that thy were close to my house. They were quick and efficient with the install and removal of my old washer. They even sweep my floor and mopped my floor for me before installing the new washer. I am very happy with the installation and professional experience I had.

Washer installation was easy and the delivery guy was very helpful showing and explaining installation.He also showed how the tools and holes work.

I probably could've figured out how to install this myself but was happy to let the pros handle it. The guys took great care with the install and made sure to wipe up any water that was present pre-install.

I appreciate the 2 gentlemen that delivered my washer, given that they had to come to the 3rd floor. I totally understand that line of work but they got the job done in a nice timely manner very slim to none damaging my washer. 1 little dink was noticed but that didn’t mess anything up so overall they did a pretty good job.
