The installation was done perfectly! The installers were efficient and walked us through the installation and how to use the equipment.

My installation ran late, but, I was called and notified. Once the installers arrived, I found them to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They finished in a very precise and short period of time which was greatly appreciated.

I had this washing machine delivered in Celebration, Florida where we have a condominium. There were two guys installing the machine. They knew axactly what they were doing, could answer all the questions, and cleaned up nicely after them.

The installers were on time, very professional in their manner and knew exactly how to connect the machine, and had all the tools needed to do so.

Very very fast, and really helpful. They help me get my stuff where they supposed to go.

The guys who installed this were terrific. I never had to lift a finger. They also were totally into entertaining my toddler who loved the delivery truck.

Good experience but could have been better . I was worried their was a leak but it was water left in the hose from unplugging the old washer

The Best Buy installation was on time, called before arriving, and installed as expected. I wasn't home, so my husband dealt with them and he said they were nice and efficient.

Great purchase. Washer is so large that it has reduced the amount of time that I do laundry. Love the removable agitator so that I can put even more items in.
