Installment was great and professional with no issues so far.

While my clothes are clean and the machine has more space than my last machine, not having the center piece (agitator) is missed. My clothes get knotted together and more wrinkly in the center without it. Also, I've had to return my machine 1x for another because the delicate cycle (if you do a very small load) stops and doesn't rinse and spin to the end. I had to turn my machine off and do a rinse spin cycle to finish it. The second machine is doing the same thing, but I don't think a new one would help.

The guys that did the installation were great. Even though they had to install it on the second floor of my condo they did it quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and complete.

We were amazed at how quickly the process was. The new washing machine was delivered & installed and the old machine hauled away in about 20 minutes. The delivery guys were super prompt and professional.

Installation crew was very knowledgeable and was in and out within one half hour.

The gentlemen who delivered by washer were on time, neat, personable, and knowledgeable. He did leave my cold water hose a little kinked---I had to undo it on straighten out the hose.

Delivery technicians noticed a dent in an appliance during unboxing. I wouldn’t have noticed it but they caught it. They Sent it it back and got me a clean undented unit

Delivery was made on date promised & time frame. Setup was done and the delivery men also put the washing machine through a cycle to check for water leaks, and if washer functioned and level during spin cycle.

The guys were very thorough and wiped their feet before entering.they cleaned up their cardboard and plastic wrap.they carefully moved the old washer out then new one in.they knew how to hook up the new washer. And rejoined the dryer also

We had a scheduled timeframe for installation, received a phone call to get an update for what a more accurate time window would be. They were able to fit their large truck into a tight space and fit our appliance in nice and easy! Great service!

The installation was completed without any problems. The technicians carried my old washer out and brought the new one in. Down a flight of stairs and into a crowded basement. They were very nice and efficient. The demo they did at the end was quite helpful.
