The installer was really nice and did exactly what his job was. I only wish that they had asked me where, specifically, I wanted the washer. In the end, the hose to empty the water was too short so we had to search around town to find one and reinstall it ourselves. I wanted the washer placed a few inches away from my sink, not right next to it. I wish his instructions stated to ask me to evaluate the install before leaving. Otherwise, he and his helper were very nice to work with.

The installation and setup was a breeze. The machine isn't overly heavy and fit the footprint of the old washer. Instructions were easy to follow !!!

This washing machine install was the bestest! Even Circuit City couldn't install like these guys did! Everything done in under 15 minutes! Ran through a cycle even did my dirty underwear and everything came out clean smelling like roses!

Great experience. The two guys that came in knew what they were doing. They were in and out quickly but made sure it was done right the first time. I would highly recommend having them install your washer dryer.

Really quick installation. Took about 20 minutes total. I wish there was a smaller time frame as to when they would arrive, but they do send alerts about half an hour before they're there.

They were very professional, did their work as expected and made adjustments when needed. They seemed to have a lot of experience and adapted very well to a somewhat unusual install. Upon opening the install , I had purchased the dryer vent material & it contained multiple angles of the attachments, it installed correctly but upon departure all of the extra attachments went with the installers !!!! My money paid for the KIT, even if the others are not used on this install - what if I move ? - maybe the ones they took would work for the next place. Is this standard procedure from BEST BUY or did they just take it out of habit?

They called ahead, were on time, got old machine out and new one set up in 15 minutes. Could have done it all myself but would've taken much longer, with the $ to me.
