First the guys brought me the wrong washer & I actually liked it better, but I appreciate that they got this one hooked up without any major problems.

I was very happy with the two gentlemen who installed my new washer and dryer. They arrived on time, installed both machines quickly, tested them to make sure they both worked OK and then took the time to show me how they both operated.

Very professional and knowledgeable crew. They were in and out in no time. Washer is running like a champ.

The install team was fantastic. Any time I’ve had anything delivered or installed by Best Buy they do a great job.

The guys were very nice The hose was a bit difficult to get off, so they didn't want to finish the job and told me to call a plumber. They said they have never seen this before, why, they do not have enough experience, it's quite normal. I understand they did not want to be liable for any damage they may do?? My husband was able to hold one with one wrench and the other and take off with another wrench. A tight spot to work with but can be done. Had to call again to have them hook up the washer. One thing I did not like was that they removed the box and packaging having the washer unprotected as they took off of the truck. If they dropped it at all it would have been all over with. I suggest keeping it all intact until it is brought into the house, then removing the protective packaging. I was sweating it the entire time till it was brought into the house. To me, it's common sense. Don't ever be too confident, it's wiser to be safe. Never shown how to use the machine as it started. All in all the young men were nice but need more hands-on training. So had to wait to get them to come back out. Not cool when you have been waiting months to get the washer and an appointment to install.

The two guys that came to intall the washer were very professional, on time, and very quick. They hauled out my last washer, and installed the new one while explaining to me what each thing did, and what to do if there were any problems.

Installation went well. Installer not too personable in some areas.

The installers did a great job. Efficiently performed the installation. Asked for my input before and during the install. 5 star service from them.

I have had horrible experiences with Best Buy delivery/instillation. Thankfully this experience was better. The installation was pretty quick and painless.

The tech installed the washer very quickly and professionally. He also helped adjust both washer and dryer nice and neat to help a door swing open.

Washing machine was installed well. My only critique is that the machine was not totally leveled by the installers, but we were able to do it ourselves quickly.

They called to confirm the time, they arrived on time and quickly and efficiently installed the wash machine. High marks for the crew.

Installation: The field crew did a wonderful and fast job installing the washer and dryer. Checked the level of the machines. Ran the machines to be sure all works. It was worth it

My new washer was delivered a little after 8AM. I have never seen anyone move with such speed in removing my old washer and getting the new one set up. They did let me sweep the area before putting the new washer in place. Great job!

The serviceman was professional, explained what he was doing, and then explained how to operate the machine. Since then it is working very well.

These two guys who came to install my machine - at first I thought they wanted to be in and out as fast as possible. But when they faced an issue they took the time to figure it out and SOLVE it right on the spot. Great service.
