I was thrilled to be able to schedule the service quickly on a date that worked for me. Installation was fast and efficient, old machine hauled away at a reasonable price.

The 1st delivery was a disaster. The delivery guy took one look at the old washer with the drawer attached under the washer then told me the old hoses didn’t match the new washer then had customer service call me as he took off with my new washer. He also blamed the sales person. 4 days later different Delivery guys were great. They told me the old hoses worked fine and I didn’t need the new hoses I bought. The original guys just didn’t want to carry old washer with stand attached. Totally disgusted.

The gentleman who installed my washer did so quickly and easily. He even took the time to show me the basics of how the new washer worked!

timely but service people were in to much of a rush to use the bucket that was provided to catch the excess water from the spigot. installed anyways with water under the machine. great machine despite the installation issue.
