I give this five stars because I was notifed by email that they were on their way and once they got here, they were so fast at doing everything! They took away my old washing machine too.

Best Buy installed this Washer for us and did a wonderful job! They completed the job very quickly and left the laundry room cleaner than when they found it.

Good install, short sweet and simple. Since we had just had a new washer installed. This was easy and he just had to replace washer and not the hose.

Both guys that made the delivery and installation of my new washer and dryer were awesome and very professional. Thank you for your amazing service!!!!!

Installation was prompt & efficient, respectful of my home

The installers showed up earlier than they had stated, installed it quickly and hauled away the old unit.... all while masked up and making sure it was a clean, complete install!

Ryan Shavers and Cameron Chapman were the installers from Best Buy. The space in the unit was extremely small, with the dryer vent on the bottom right side of the space, and the water hookups on the left bottom side of the space, which would leave no room for the dryer cord and water hookups. I knew when I bought the washer and dryer that they may not be able to be installed in the space. I did not want to go to a stack-able W&D set. The installers made a great effort to figure it out, and were able to install both W&D by setting them forward enough so they could run the hookups to the side and behind the units. There was barely enough room between the front of the W&D and the doors to the open space so that they could be shut, with just one inch to spare. They made it work !! Great crew !!

The day I had my washing machine (and dryer) installed was about 2 days after we had had about 4 inches of snow. I was concerned how the technicians would be able to get them into my house without slipping, and 1 of the gentlemen said he would shovel a path from the truck to the porch...God bless him, he did!! That's more than anyone else had offered to a single woman with several health issues!! Shout out to Carlize Winn!! Both of the technicians were very professional and personable, and as soon as they removed the old washer and dryer, the new ones were brought in and installed in a snap! After the installation, Carlize took the time to show me how everything worked and asked if I had any questions. Kudos to the Geek Squad for sending these 2 fine young men out on such an icky day!

The crew was on time to install the washing machine and did so without issue. The crew struggled to communicate in english but overall it get installed so we were happy

They were incredible and set up my washer perfectly.

Installers were very friendly and did nice job with hookup. They wore masks and maintained social distance. They ensured washer worked. Job site was clean up.

I am clueless when it comes to mechanic call instillations, it was helpful having the services to have someone of knowledge set up my washer for me.
