The folks from Best buy were really good at what they do to install their washer and dryer. Very polite and extremely supportive, the two person team that installed this was really very good at doing their thing and cleaninng up after they were done

This washer does a great job! It cleans the clothes really well, it's quiet and it's quick.

The delivery crew was fantastic. They came out and hooked up everything quickly and efficiently. They double check their work to make sure everything worked properly and was in place. I was very happy and pleased for the small price to pay for the delivery.

So far so good. Our previous washer was an LG, so we were a little skeptical to buy another. But this one is really nice and works great so far.

Washer installation was great. They tested it to make sure it was operating and gave my husband some tips regarding care of the machine.

After quite an ordeal because of liability issues replacing one of two stackable washer dryer, I finally got Best Buy to install both new units with only one minor hitch. The delivery guys said they were not the installers. Well, they actually were according to my paperwork. Disgruntled, they installed the two units, took away the bad washer and left the good dryer outside for me to give away to an employee, “Merry Christmas”. My bottom line point is that I should not have been strong armed into buying a new dryer when the one I had was perfectly fine- due to “liability” of stacking the two units. But, this policy seems to be universal with all appliance dealers-

I was very pleased with the speedy, courteous, and professional installation service I received. I am glad they remembered to run the unit initially to look for any leakage, problems, etc.. Nice to start with dust, etc. cleaned out! Very smart guys!

The installers took care to not hit any walls or doorways, and had the washer and dryer installed pretty quickly. Then one of them ran a cycle in the washer and explained its operation to me. I haven't even had to look up anything in the user manual. Good job.
