I have already reviewed both the delivery and the installation of this machine since both were done by the same person.

Not sure about these particular items, technician used tools

I had a refrigerator delivered too early and so it was placed boxed up in my garage. I asked for another date where the installers could come back to move it into the kitchen. It went smooth with no issues at all. Great service.

These two guys, who drove over from the Orlando area, arrived early, promptly removed my old washer and installed the new one. And this happened despite Hurricane Irma bearing down on Florida. It couldn't have been a better installation experience.

After the first LG 5.0 was diagnosed with a leak in the drum, a replacement was installed. I must say the first group of installers were friendlier and more concerned with how I needed the washer placed. This second installation was just fine, but not as friendly and I had to keep asking for the washer placement to be adjusted. I am thankful for all of the delivery folk who noticed problems and who carried a washer dryer up a flight of stairs.

I found the service men very helpful. They explained how to use the machines and ran through a quick test to make sure it was hooked up properly. They did their job quickly and were polite even though I had to move a few things out of the way.

Washer was delivered in the box and assembled in the garage. Installers were VERY careful both taking out the old machine and bringing in the new. Installation went smoothly and new machine was well explained. Thank you Best Buy for a stress-free experience.

They called ahead, were on time, got old machine out and new one set up in 15 minutes. Could have done it all myself but would've taken much longer, with the $ to me.

My washing machine goes into a smaller area of my house. The installers moved the washer in very quickly and efficiently. No damages to home or product. Installed the hoses and wiring very quickly. Exactly what I would look for in an installation process.

The installation crew were great. They were running late in their delivery and let me know they were delayed. It was raining when they got there, but they got the washer inside and installed with very little mess.

Installers were very professional and took great care to install both the washer and dryer and make sure they were operating correctly . They also very carefully removed my old washer and dryer and cleaned up the area prior to leaving. Kudos!

I had my new washing machine installed by Best Buy, which includes haul away of my old machine. Not only was it quick and easy, but the workers were very professional and respectful of the house while moving appliances. Would definitely recommend.

Great job but the way the closet is setup the tech had to climb over top and we had to push the combo back with the tech on top for a couple feet.
