Good friendly service. I had wood floors leading to laundry room and was concerned. However, they were careful and no scratches detected. They were efficient and it was installed without any problems. Would use again.

The delivery and installation went great! They were very carefull and did a great job hooking up the new washer and taking the old one out without any issues.

The guys were in and out in about 45 minutes. Disconnecting my old washer and dryer, hauling them away and installing both of my new ones and installing all new lines and vents. You can't beat that! Plus they took all their mess away.

The last installation team was great, especially compared to the 1st delivery / installation team. The wrong stacking kit was delivered on the 1st attempt, which delayed installation. The 2nd team was did not connect to gas line correctly but the 3rd team was great. My disappointment is that the washer AND dryer open to the opposite direction of what I’d prefer. It literally blocks me from the dirty clothes hampers !

The install crew was very professional and courteous. The crew had been to my house before for another delivery and they have been consistently good.

I was glad I had the professionals install my washer and dryer. They were costly machines and I didn't want to risk them falling or some error from me not installing it correctly. They did a great job with the installation.
