After a slight hiccup, the person I called after I just missed the delivery guy, very quickly was able to contact him. He set a new delivery time the same day. Both guys were very respectful of us due to COVID. They set up our washer, and tested it. They also helped us on how to order a new outlet for our dryer. It had been stacked with a side vent. Now with our new top loader, which we love, it has to vent out the back. We did as he directed us, calling Best Buy Service and they ordered the part to be delivered toward the end of December. Then the delivery folks will return.

They emailed you up to the minute on arrival. They walked in the house and took the old washer out and setup the new washer in under 30 mins. Arrived to the minute on time and never heard a peep from them best installation ever.

The team that came in and installed our new washer were friendly, on time, and knew what they were doing the whole time. Plus, hulling away the old washer made our day so much easier. We only buy our appliances from Best Buy because of this

The installers were professional and worked fast to made the proper hock up. They moved the old equpipment to a safe place in the garage and explained the basic instructions on the equipment they answered all our questions. - Great Job!!

I had my new Samsung Washing machine installed by them. They came accurately in the time window they provided. The service men were very courteous to wear shoe covers to install the unit in my new home. Very good experience.

After ordering my washing machine from Best Buy, scheduling the delivery and installation online was very easy. I selected a convenient receiving date and I got 2 emails confirming the arrival time of my machine . I was given a 4 hour delivery window from 8:00am-12:00pm on July 4, 2018. I got a reminder email from Best Buy the morning of the 4th. I got a phone call from the driver telling me they were on the way at about 8:15 and they arrived by 8:30. Two men carried the machine down to the basement and installed it in less than half an hour. They were very friendly , quick, confident, and professional. I was happily surprised at how quickly and easily my washer was delivered and installed. My machine has been working great since I got it over a month ago.

The gentleman installing my washer was very knowledgeable and quick! They were able to answer all my questions and explain how to work the washer and the different settings.

The Geek Squad did an awesome and clean installation of my new washing machine. They demonstrated the washing machine and were great at answering any questions I had. I could not be happier with the installation job they did.

Great job of navigating the washer down to my basement and installed it into a tight space. They did a great job hooking it up and turned it on. Said to let it run one cycle and have had no issues.
