The guys were very nice The hose was a bit difficult to get off, so they didn't want to finish the job and told me to call a plumber. They said they have never seen this before, why, they do not have enough experience, it's quite normal. I understand they did not want to be liable for any damage they may do?? My husband was able to hold one with one wrench and the other and take off with another wrench. A tight spot to work with but can be done. Had to call again to have them hook up the washer. One thing I did not like was that they removed the box and packaging having the washer unprotected as they took off of the truck. If they dropped it at all it would have been all over with. I suggest keeping it all intact until it is brought into the house, then removing the protective packaging. I was sweating it the entire time till it was brought into the house. To me, it's common sense. Don't ever be too confident, it's wiser to be safe. Never shown how to use the machine as it started. All in all the young men were nice but need more hands-on training. So had to wait to get them to come back out. Not cool when you have been waiting months to get the washer and an appointment to install.

The company used by BestBuy that installed our washer was top notch. They called about date and time, recalled to verify and showed up exactly when promised. Overall, excellent guys, professional, neat and did a perfect job.

Really quick installation. Took about 20 minutes total. I wish there was a smaller time frame as to when they would arrive, but they do send alerts about half an hour before they're there.

Installers kept in touch letting us know an approx time the night before. Check in again in the morning with a better time frame. Very professional and great job!

The initial set up was good, the installers were on home and did everything pretty quickly. They had to come back because a small hose wasn't probably closed so when I tried to wash water was on the floor. I will say the level of customer service I received from Best buys cust svc Dept n the Northville store on Haggerty was phenomenal!!! That made things so much bettet9, bedy buy has won a customer for life. They were on it n got the job done within hours and everyone was so helpful and concerned. Thanks Best buy for me feel special.

The servicemen were quick and efficient. My washer and dryer were installed much quicker than I expected. The installers cleaned up after themselves and left no trace behind.

Best buy guys delivered hooked up the lines all mangled and left and I noticed later a huge dent on left side they could have not missed that unboxing it in the street had to wait 5 days for another one. Next delivery I just had them leave it there and I installed it myself.

Don installed my washing machine quickly with attention to every detail of spacing and connecting parts. He was working with a very tight space and he was extremely careful regarding the area and answered all my questions. He's a real pro!
