When the installers came with my new LG washer it was pouring down rain. They made every attempt to keep their rainy shoe tracks off my floors and they had the old machine out and the new machine installed so quickly, I couldn't hardly believe it!

The installers were polite and very professional in setting up our new washer. A demonstration would have helped, but since they weren’t trained on it, it’s ok.

Installation was very efficient. Crew showed up on time and did a very good job in removing the old one and setting up the new one. Even took time to make sure it was fully level.

Our Installer, Hector was wonderful. He was quick and efficient, all while being friendly. He even followed up to make sure the machines were working properly. It was worth the extra cost to have it all delivered, installed, and explained to me.

The installation was super quick. The installers (Aaron) called beforehand, were super nice and didn't complain about having to carry the machine to the 3rd floor.

I was extremely unhappy with the process of the removal and installation of my washing machine. It took four delivery attempts to finally get it right. The first time they didn’t have the correct order, but the delivery team were great. The second and third time both delivery teams were very unprofessional and lied to me because they didn’t wanna complete the job. The fourth attempt was a success, the delivery team explained to me that it was a bit difficult working behind the first team, but completed the job nevertheless. I was forced to takeoff work, for all rescheduling so yes, it was a financial setback for me and my family.

The delivery came right on time--exactly as scheduled. The technician was courteous and made good suggestions. Definitely looking out for my interests. Very knowledgeable technicians!

We are happy with the appliances we purchased so far, services is awesome. The delivery and the installation did great! We highly recommend it!

The people were efficient in installing the machines. And did a really good job in bringing the machines to my basement which was through a little tricky path. However, they did not call in advance or email me that I need to arrange certain items on my own to get the installation completed. I purchased the washer dryer combo and I did not know that one type of hose is not provided in the package. So I arranged it later and connected myself. But overall, I am satisfied with the service.

We recently bought a house without a washer and dryer. We bought ours from Best Buy and had them come to install. They showed up on time and had the install done in minutes. Easily the best service setup we have had since we moved to our new house.

Delivery guys were really nice and fast! They tested the appliance before they left! Very professional and easy to communicate with!!
