They install the washer quick and easy with no problems great work

I bought this washer for my son. I paid for the washer installation to make easy on the both of us. When the washer was delivered the installers let him know that there was a dent on the washer and he could either get a prorated discount or they would deliver another washer. he chose to get another washer delivered. Upon deliver he was informed that installation is an one time option. Read the small print or be sure to ask about a one time delivery installation when purchasing this option. It was never discussed when it was offered. Not complaining just want others to know about this.

Guy were great. Wore protective covering. Moved out the old washing machine and gave me some time to clean up the area before they installed the new one. Was a really simple process.

They were very fast and efficient when they came to deliver and install setup the washer. I recommend Best Buy to everyone

The people who installed my washing machine did a great job of protecting my wooden stairs (since my laundry room is upstairs). They explained everything nicely and cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasure to have them in my house.
