Efficient. Not too talkative. Very nice young men. We prep for the laundry installation. Small house, removed the door to washer area before they came because it is tight to maneuver into the space behind the door. Came on time, called ahead.

Professional and quick install. Very carefully brought upstairs, damaged nothing. Washer was leveled, tested, hooked quickly. They made sure everything was 100%

Installation was fast and professional. The guys came in, got the washer to the second floor and installed it very fast. They cleaned up after and left everything the way it was.

There were 2 delivery crews since we needed a replacement: 2/15/22 Crew id 745 02C 2/22/22 Crew id 745 04C Both crews were competent and efficient

Best buy guys delivered hooked up the lines all mangled and left and I noticed later a huge dent on left side they could have not missed that unboxing it in the street had to wait 5 days for another one. Next delivery I just had them leave it there and I installed it myself.

Installation of my front load washer was fine, but I realized 10 minutes later they’d left with the locking bolts. These are necessary if you EVER plan to move the machine. I called the installers who said they’d deposited everything in a dumpster at their next stop. I called Best Buy who ordered new bolts under the machine’s warranty. These are about $40 to replace, so make sure to get them before the installers leave. You’d think it would be a standard item they’d leave with the owner (it was with my last machine), but these guys thought they were trash.

Excellent install by installers. Very helpful. Good instructions on use of equipment. Very good service from sales staff, Jarrod Tipton and Richard Shinbaum. Pricing was best anywhere. Extremely pleased with everything.

Besides the installers not knowing the equipment and how it works thus leaving me to think that water lines was off lol besides that they installed fast and efficient

The installation was fast and and the personnel were effiecient. They did a great job. They cleaned everything so you wouldn't have known they were here. Delivery went smoothly, and removal of the old machine also went without a problem.

The installers had an easy job as they have to walk only 3 steps from the garage for the replacement from old to new. They did well.
