Installation was straight forward and easy and they initially refused to connect the cold water line to existing steam gas dryer but after requesting they did connect.

The install was good, but it was done during one of the coldest days. They continually left the door open for no reason even after being reminded.

Installation was ok. Installers called earlier to help me know when they were coming. Removal of old washer was timely and nvd to have as part of the purchase.

The technician was very nice and seemed knowledgeable with the appliances until he started to lay his whole body on top of the washer and dryer to complete his work without placing a towel or cloth between him and the appliance to prevent scratches. Additionally, instead of adjusting the feet of the washer, he placed a piece of cardboard underneath one of the feet. My dryer was left with a dent from his weight and my washer is still out of balance.
