I've had the product for months now. No leaks or complaints about the installation. I think it's safe to say they did a good job.

The installation team was on time and did a nice job getting the washer in an installed through basement bulkhead.

The Best Buy installation was on time, called before arriving, and installed as expected. I wasn't home, so my husband dealt with them and he said they were nice and efficient.

I had my washer and dryer installed. The process from start to finish was fantastic. They called on time, took great care to not scratch my items or walls, were extremely professional, and completed to haul away as requested. VERY HAPPY!!!!

The employees that installed the washer were quick and professional. The only problem I had was that they cranked down too hard on the hoses and broke one of the gaskets and caused a leak. I just went to the hardware store and got some new gaskets for $2.

These guys did a fantastic job, very polite and caring, respectful to customer and property.

The Geek Squad team were very professional with the installation of my new washer. The good part was that they also hauled away my old washer at a reasonable fee.

The crew did a great job getting the appliances delivered to the 2nd floor. Installation, setup of the new ones and hauling away of the old appliances was done in about an hour. They even ran a test cycle to assure everything was working as required.

The people installing the washer and dryer were very professional. Despite snow and ice, they arrived on time and did an excellent job. Everything went smoothly. They were terrific.

I had Best Buy do the installation.I'm glad I did. The job was well done and they arrived when scheduled. Installation was included in the purchase so it would have been silly not to do so. So Best Buy offered service and quality and followed through.

The installation was great. The only exception that I found out afterwards was that my house lines for hot and cold are opposite. The guys hooked up the hot to the red line, like they are typically supposed to, but I had to swap them.

The gentlemen that installed my washer did so in a timely manner and they were very professional. First class job on my installation.

Techs were very professional. They came in and removed my machine and brought the new machine in very quickly but carefully. Once they set it up, the tech showed me how to work it while making sure it was working properly. I was very pleased.

They were going to be early, they sent me a text but we were not yet home. I replied back to show up at the scheduled time and they did with no problem. They were in and out quickly with no mess.

Thanks to the Best Buy installation guys. Delivered and installed without hassle. Had me up and running in no time. Even had the old broken washer hauled away.
