The technicians for the install were very knowledgeable and excellent workers. They were courteous and worked swiftly. They pointed out some issues that are being addressed by plumbers, without their input we would never have been made aware of the hose connection issue. I thank them very much for their dedication and service.

Great experience. Two guys came in and set up my washer. They even showed me how to use it by removing their soiled work clothes and washing them in my new unit. We hung out and chatted over some fresh lemonade until the cycle was done. I was impressed with how clean their clothes were!! They even let me try on their outfits and help with their next delivery. I did like 3 or 4 with them and they decided to hire me on full time. They only paid me in sandwich’s so I quit after the first week. Washer still works great.

The install was done professionally and quickly and they test ran both washer and dryer to be certain all was working properly and to be sure I understood how to operate both appliances

I was expecting the delivery and install to take a an hour. They were in and out within 20 minutes, granted we did have our old set already pulled away from the wall. The install techs were on time and friendly.

Installation was quick. The people installing it knew exactly what they were doing. They even gave me tips on how to use the appliance more effectively.

The guys who delivered our new washer were nice and informative. They were very quick and did a great job! There was a digital issue that they quickly resolved. Our old washer was very heavy, and they were super polite about it. I highly recommend using this service with Best Buy. We've had about 5 appliances delivered and installed over the last 6 years, plus some relocated/haul awayed. Always a great experience!

They installed the drain hose to far down and it went into the j trap which let sewer gases escape up the drain pipe. I did some research and put drain hose 7" into drain pipe and it corrected the problem.

Installers were quick and very professional. They took their time and made sure everything was satisfactory before leaving

This was so worth it. They brought it in and had it setup and installed faster than I could follow them into the room! And they tested everything! Wonderful!

This washer is very nice! Especially for the price and deal I got was absolutely amazing! Washer can definitely fit a king size bedding leaving a little extra room very nice and not too loud either!

Installers (3) made numerous trips up and down steps for equipment. No damages getting into house, downstairs and into laundry room but didn't want to level machine - asked if we had one, did get their own in truck. Also did not have a snap tie to hose iinstall hose into drain pipe - looked like blue painters tape that they used. Set the machine for test run - and left. Didn't wait to see if all ok.

They did an amazing job and did it quickly. The machines work great and are very quiet.

Installation took about 15 minutes max. If that, maybe less. Guys were quick and efficient to install.

The 3 installers were professional. They also were very quick. It was hot out and they were working hard. My wife gave them each a bottle water since they did a great job removing the old washer and installing the new one.

Our front loader crapped out, after doing some maintenance on it that did not fix the problem, decided it was time for a new washer. This machine is great. The drum is huge, and deep. I usually end up on a stool to get whatever is at the bottom. The first two washes, it was kind of loud and had some unfamiliar sounds. However, I read all of the reviews and new that from the beginning. I don't even hear it anymore (our laundry room is right next door to our bedroom), I think it just needed to get "warmed up". It makes cute little sounds when you turn the dial and get it started. Its incredibly simple and works fantastically well. We weren't interested in all of the crazy features some of the washers out there have. We also selected for best buy to haul away our old washer, that was a huuuuge bonus!

I am happy with the washer. It is quiet, and senses the load and tells you how long it will until load is ready to be removed and placed in dryer. It has been 6 months and so far I am happy with it.

Workers came in and set up washing machine quickly and securely. They were kind, conscientious, polite, clean, and fast! They ran a cycle to ensure water was properly filling. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Installers were quick to install my dryer and very helpful. They called 15 minutes prior to arriving and made sure the dryer was exactly where we wanted it before they left.

I had originally ordered the lower whirlpool washer and got two different units both of which did not work correctly. The clothes were still soaking wet at the completion of the cycle. Best Buy was great and replaced the washer twice. After the second fail I asked Best Buy if they could give me the next higher capability washer for a better price, they gave me a great price and this washer is nice. The controls take some getting used to but the capacity is great and the fast spin cycle really gets a great of the excess water out which minimizes the drying time. Nice machine.
