Workers came in and set up washing machine quickly and securely. They were kind, conscientious, polite, clean, and fast! They ran a cycle to ensure water was properly filling. If I could give 10 stars I would!

The guys who delivered our new washer were nice and informative. They were very quick and did a great job! There was a digital issue that they quickly resolved. Our old washer was very heavy, and they were super polite about it. I highly recommend using this service with Best Buy. We've had about 5 appliances delivered and installed over the last 6 years, plus some relocated/haul awayed. Always a great experience!

The installers were on time and kept me informed as to when they were going to arrive though text messaging and a phone call. The were quick, quiet and efficient. They also went over our new machine and explained all the new features that might have been different from our old machine. Hauling away of the old unit was excellent, too, because it was a monster and extremely heavy!

I am happy with the washer. It is quiet, and senses the load and tells you how long it will until load is ready to be removed and placed in dryer. It has been 6 months and so far I am happy with it.

Installation was quick. The people installing it knew exactly what they were doing. They even gave me tips on how to use the appliance more effectively.

Installation took about 15 minutes max. If that, maybe less. Guys were quick and efficient to install.

I feel the two individuals that installed The washer worked hard to make a great install. They were positive and got right to their work. They left the area clean and neat in spite of water spilling from my old machine. However, after they left the discharge hose popped loose during the second load of clothes I washed and flooded my laundry room, hallway and Kitchen. It was terrible! As it happened the hose was not pushed down far enough into the outflow connection so the pressure of a complete load pushed it out of the connector. My husband fixed it temporarily and the technicians that came to reverse the doors reverse the door on the washer completely addressed the problem and fixed it. The new washer is great and I am very pleased with my purchase.

The installation team was very fast and they knew everything. Installation was done less than 30 minutes; unbelievable they were so fast and knew their job well. Satisfactory job done by the installers. We are very happy with the Best Buy products and their team!!

This was so worth it. They brought it in and had it setup and installed faster than I could follow them into the room! And they tested everything! Wonderful!

This washer is very nice! Especially for the price and deal I got was absolutely amazing! Washer can definitely fit a king size bedding leaving a little extra room very nice and not too loud either!

The second team that came to install the washer did a great job. The first crew did not bother to explain the store was put of stacking kits or offer any other solutions other than to leave the washer in the driveway which was a definite no way! Went to the store where they showed us what we needed from Lowes across the street. Best Buy should have done better homework before promising a smooth delivery the first time. Having to be home a second day was very inconvenient. Again, the second crew was amazing.

Did a decent job, however had to adjust the leveling and the electrical wiring wasn’t installed correctly on the dryer but will suffice.

The crew that came to deliver and install the washing machine was great. They unpacked, moved the washing machine and installed within 15 minutes. They made sure there were no leaks before leaving. Everything was professional and they made sure not to damage anything as they moved the machine. Installing a washing machine is easy in itself but not worrying about having to move the machine yourself, i would gladly pay for that convenience.

Installation was great! The crew came and set up the washer in 20 minutes. Very professional and had no problems with washer after set up.

The 3 installers were professional. They also were very quick. It was hot out and they were working hard. My wife gave them each a bottle water since they did a great job removing the old washer and installing the new one.

The Best Buy team arrived on time, handled everything professionally, and had the washer set up and ready to go in under 30 minutes. They made sure it was level, tested it to confirm it worked, and even walked me through how to use the basic settings. I appreciated that they took the time to double-check for leaks and remove all the packaging materials.
