The two gentlemen who came to do the installation were great! They were fast, polite, clean, and spent time instructing us about what they were doing. If I ever order another appliance again I hope they are the ones who come!

Miles and Ricco installed my washer and dryer very quickly. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. This included carrying the washer and dryer to the second floor and taking away all the trash. Very courteous and professional

My experience with the washing machine installation technicians was excellent. I liked their professionalism and attention to not bumping into door casings or walls.

Best Buy delivered the washer exactly on the scheduled delivery date and promptly in the time window. The technician answered all the questions patiently and made sure the hoses were connected tightly and the washer was working okay before leaving.

I had a couple of problems because I did not know that the washer required a pan to be installed since the laundry room is on the 2nd floor, however they provided very professional service and were very nice about coming up once I had it arranged.

What else can I say other than the guys were fantastic, they bring in a big washer without banging the doors or walls, install it properly make sure everything is hooked up correctly explain how it works and even tested it.

The Best Buy installers delivered my refrigerator, washer and dryer and placed them where I wanted. They hooked up the appliances and tested them to make sure that they worked. This delivery and installation were all free with purchase!
