The Best Buy guys who delivered our washer/dryer were AMAZING!! They were here on time and obviously knew their stuff. They not only talked us through how to use the washer/dryer, but gave us a tutorial as well! They’re awesome!!

The 1st delivery was a disaster. The delivery guy took one look at the old washer with the drawer attached under the washer then told me the old hoses didn’t match the new washer then had customer service call me as he took off with my new washer. He also blamed the sales person. 4 days later different Delivery guys were great. They told me the old hoses worked fine and I didn’t need the new hoses I bought. The original guys just didn’t want to carry old washer with stand attached. Totally disgusted.

The people that showed up were absolutely amazing and they were great they literally carried the washer up three flights set it up in no time good show

The installers were courteous and professional. They even found a phone outside and returned it to me. I love that kind of honesty

The service reps were very professional and efficient, they went over the operating direction and showed me how to take care of the product.

After a slight hiccup, the person I called after I just missed the delivery guy, very quickly was able to contact him. He set a new delivery time the same day. Both guys were very respectful of us due to COVID. They set up our washer, and tested it. They also helped us on how to order a new outlet for our dryer. It had been stacked with a side vent. Now with our new top loader, which we love, it has to vent out the back. We did as he directed us, calling Best Buy Service and they ordered the part to be delivered toward the end of December. Then the delivery folks will return.

The "Geek Squad" serviceperson who installed our washer was personable, sensitive to our requests, and did a great job.

The guys came and carried outtheold washer, brought in the new one hooked it up, showed me how everything worked, turned it on to test it, reviewed a checklist of items, and overall was a pleasant pair of guys to work with. Great experience.

The installers showed up earlier than they had stated, installed it quickly and hauled away the old unit.... all while masked up and making sure it was a clean, complete install!

They both did an awesome job. quick and polite and very helpful. even helped leveled out my dryer before leaving.
