I’m so excited to finally have my dryer hookup it was a awesome buy guys was nice and professional they took no time to complete setup

The installers were great! New what they were doing and was done in no time!

The delivery and installation of our Washing Machine went smoothly. The removal of our old machine was fine. There was an issue that a small crack occurred when it was being lifted into place. The delivery persons were understanding, offered to take it back and get a new one, but instead we marked on the delivery form that there was a crack but it would NOT affect anything. Also, as it was not visible and they noted it on the delivery form the condition of the machine, the delivery was completed. The delivery persons were courteous, thorough, and friendly. It was a good experience.

The installation technicians were incredibly professional with the installation and removal of the lousy washer. They took the right precautions during such unprecedented times.

Not exactly the friendliest but they installed very fast. Maybe too fast they crossed the hot and the cold hoses.

It took multiple visits so a little disappointing initially, but Best Buy came through for me and made it right. Extremely happy with my purchase!

I did a lot of research before purchasing my washer and dryer and I kept hearing bad things about other brands and I was reluctant to go with anything that was not an American brand and so far I have been nothing but satisfied with LG! They make the best everything! Though, I do recommend the insurance on anything with moving parts just to save yourself the hassle. I've had them for a few years and they are both working as new. The washer doesn't leave a bad smell as other washers do. And the door has magnet to keep the door cracked so let air in so no mold builds up which is recommended you do anyway. Great washer, definitely recommend this one or the new one.

They were very fast, wore masks and were mindful to not damage anything during installation. I was also given a quick tutorial on how it worked, which was much appreciated.

I live in the 4th Floor. These guys lifted a heavy washer and dryer and installed it into a very tight space. It took forever to come but was surely worth the wait.

Washer seems okay so far, but installation team could have been more professional. I didn't need to hear that one of the guys was seeing five different girls that night (it was Valentine's Day). And, I certainly did not need the sarcasm when I needed a few extra minutes to clean up soap that had leaked behind the old machine. I know he doesn't think I caught it when he said, "Don't worry, we don't have anywhere else to be" when they obviously had more runs to do and did have somewhere else to be... but, I did catch it. He had also told me prior to that that I had some time while they brought the old washer out to clean. I went along with everything, but I don't consider it professional behavior and didn't appreciate it. I had also asked them to put the old washer in the garage as far back and in the corner as they could so I could get my car in. They got it far back, but right smack dab in the middle so I clearly couldn't get my car in. I had to push it into the corner myself because dummy me I didn't check before they left. Not happy with that, either. But again, washer seems to work fine at the moment. So, I will say yes to recommending it, but the jury is still out on that one.

They arrived on time as scheduled and removed the old washer quickly and safely and installed the new one just as quickly. They showed us the features and confirmed it was installed correctly and worked properly

I was instructed to wait for a while before removing the invisible tape on top of washer and then remove it. I did so, but when removing the tape it removed some of the light blue paint from the surface of top of washer. I don't understand why the tape was used. I had to leave the tape on, so that no more damage to the paint would occur. This tape and peeling paint makes my brand new washer look old and cheap.
