The two men that installed my Samsung did a great job. They had to come up a set of steps to bring it into the house. They removed the old washer easily and quickly hooked up the new one.

The installers came late (outside the time they were scheduled). However, they did complete the job quickly. They were polite and offered a bit of advice on the equipment.

With the package deal they delivered and installed for "free." I have a narrow awkward stairwell they had to navigate to get the machine down there. They didnt knock it against anything and they were quick and good to work with.

On time delivery fast and efficient installation professional installers

We were going to install the washer ourselves since it isn't terribly hard but the guys went ahead and installed the washer for us and started the wash to make sure everything worked. It was very nice of them and much appreciated.

Installers were from Best Buy and did a great job. They were on time, polite and professional. They explained use and made sure we understood before leaving. Would use them again.

The team arrived on time as scheduled. Did the work fast and efficiently. They cleaned up when finished, asked if I had any questions and made sure that I was happy with the delivery and product before they would leave the premises. A great job.

The installers called before showing up and were on time. They were very efficient and knew exactly what they needed to do to get the job done quickly and correctly. They were friendly and I was not uncomfortable at all allowing them into my home.

I have had horrible experiences with Best Buy delivery/instillation. Thankfully this experience was better. The installation was pretty quick and painless.

I bought this washer for my son. I paid for the washer installation to make easy on the both of us. When the washer was delivered the installers let him know that there was a dent on the washer and he could either get a prorated discount or they would deliver another washer. he chose to get another washer delivered. Upon deliver he was informed that installation is an one time option. Read the small print or be sure to ask about a one time delivery installation when purchasing this option. It was never discussed when it was offered. Not complaining just want others to know about this.
