I give this five stars because I was notifed by email that they were on their way and once they got here, they were so fast at doing everything! They took away my old washing machine too.

I purchased a front loading washing machine. I could hook up the hoses and power cord but could not move this where needed on my own. Installation was smooth and the gentlemen took care to check everything out. Couldn't have been better!

The techs were AWESOME. They were very efficient, kind, knowledgeable, thorough with the explanations and did an excellent job on the install. They installed a washer & dryer.

It was so fast and they walked me through everything they were doing! Plus they gave me a nice tip to prevent squeaking on the floor!

The team that delivered our washer took great care in installing into a tight place while hauling away our old washer (a 10 year old LG). Made sure it was up and working. Showed us some of the basics. Really polite. Would use again in a heartbeat.

The installation was almost flawless, just that the base was damaged, they ordered a new one a returned the next week and installed it with the base.
