all is working well. added a washer hammer arrestor because of the pressure. something to be aware of when installing an update washing machine.

The staff that arrived was on time near the beginning of the time window given. Both installers were very professional and courteous . The installation was completed in under 20 minutes.

Installers were very accommodating- they put the new washer on the existing pedestal base we had and checked out the operation of the new washer before they left. Very happy.

Installers arrived on time, installed the washing machine and dryer quickly, and we're very careful not to bump into my walls and doorways. They had both machines working in about 15 to 20 minutes. Very happy with Best Buy.

They guys arrived outside of the 4 hour window which is annoying. But they did a great job and were in and out in about an hour including hauling away the old ones.

Best Buy installers never cease to amaze me. They are so professional and thorough. They do not leave until everything is working perfectly and they make sure that the customer gets the instruction manuals and warranties.

The guys who came were excellent, my house has narrow openings, they squeezed throughout and got the washer in and tested, very personable, had to remove and put back my door.

I had paid for the installation on my washing machine so I didn't personally use these tools. Guessing they worked just fine. Installed with no problem.
