I am clueless when it comes to mechanic call instillations, it was helpful having the services to have someone of knowledge set up my washer for me.

Guys that came did a quick installation. They removed my old washer. Only thing is that they installed the hoses wrong. Placed hot on cold socket and cold on hot. Cant blame them really because wall sockets arent marked.

Guy were great. Wore protective covering. Moved out the old washing machine and gave me some time to clean up the area before they installed the new one. Was a really simple process.

The setup crew from Best Buy really knew what they were doing and setup out new washer Dryer quickly. The best thing they did was explained and educated us thoroughly on the units.

The two gentleman who delivered and installed my washer did an outstanding job of removing the old washer, installed the new washer and gave detailed instructions on the operation of the new machine. They were courteous and professional.
