So very pleased with the istallation of our dryer. The installers were kind, professional, maintained a clean working space and were very careful with items and home while installing!

The installers were great, on time and very careful in removing the old machine and installing the new one. They took the time to run the machine and explain the full operation.

Showed up ahead of schedule- called first to make sure that was ok! Were very professional - took out the old washer - installed new one- gave me a quick run down on how to use- asked me if I had questions- and were on their way!

The day I had my washing machine (and dryer) installed was about 2 days after we had had about 4 inches of snow. I was concerned how the technicians would be able to get them into my house without slipping, and 1 of the gentlemen said he would shovel a path from the truck to the porch...God bless him, he did!! That's more than anyone else had offered to a single woman with several health issues!! Shout out to Carlize Winn!! Both of the technicians were very professional and personable, and as soon as they removed the old washer and dryer, the new ones were brought in and installed in a snap! After the installation, Carlize took the time to show me how everything worked and asked if I had any questions. Kudos to the Geek Squad for sending these 2 fine young men out on such an icky day!

Installation was well done. The guys did a great job. The guys were nice and took care of it all.

Ryan Shavers and Cameron Chapman were the installers from Best Buy. The space in the unit was extremely small, with the dryer vent on the bottom right side of the space, and the water hookups on the left bottom side of the space, which would leave no room for the dryer cord and water hookups. I knew when I bought the washer and dryer that they may not be able to be installed in the space. I did not want to go to a stack-able W&D set. The installers made a great effort to figure it out, and were able to install both W&D by setting them forward enough so they could run the hookups to the side and behind the units. There was barely enough room between the front of the W&D and the doors to the open space so that they could be shut, with just one inch to spare. They made it work !! Great crew !!

Installation was done quickly, on time, and perfectly. Could not be happier with the results. No damage or issues to the washer, and they explained every function of it, and tested everything. Really happy with their service.

Installation was fast and professional. The guys came in, got the washer to the second floor and installed it very fast. They cleaned up after and left everything the way it was.

The team did a very good job. They took great care moving the heavy washer to the upstairs laundry room. Then they connected and balanced the washing machine correctly. Both team members were very friendly and professional.
